I used Kerb to move a 1 bedroom apartment from Washington to Wisconsin. They promised a premium service for a premium price, and immediately subcontracted to the lowest bidder. Upon arriving at my new home, the movers unceremoniously dumped my belongings into the snowbank. Just about everything that could have broken, was broken, and the movers then damaged the walls and floor of my home bringing it in. Kerb insisted on the legal minimum compensation of $0.60/lb for the damage and it took quite a lot of frustrating back and forth to get anything approaching a fair settlement. I used them to move in 2021. I'm leaving a review in 2026 because for five years, I have been subjected to an absolute unrelenting deluge of spam solicitation via phone, email, and text. Much of this has been in direct violation of federal anti-spam laws. Funny how this company only cares about legal requirements when they are to their benefit. As an aside, Kerb has never once spelled my name correctly in a single communication. This is not important in choosing a mover, but it does serve to accurately represent their attention to detail.
