Kerastase products saved my hair! But as much as I love their shampoo, oil and etc I do HATE buying online from them. I will not say anything about shipping cause when it’s delayed - I mean , it’s not their fault BUT 1 week to 10 days to process an order? Really???!!!! 1 week to put 2 bottles in a box? Thank You P.S. The site sucks too, it keeps me login in and out while browsing through and at the end at checkout even if I log in, it runs me as a guest customer. Conclusion after 4 orders ...3 as a guest( thank you site) and 1 finally on my acct
