Thank you for your honest review. We understand your frustration with waiting. Due to Covid-19 cleaning and social distancing guidelines at the factory, it has taken Dixie Belle longer to ship orders. We do send everything we have in stock to our customers as soon as they place an order. The following alert is visible on all Dixie Belle pages on our website to alert you that there may be a delay. "Attention Customers: While we continue to ship as much as possible directly from the store, at times we may need to drop ship item directly from Dixie Belle. Current processing times with Dixie Belle are 10 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to get your products to you as quickly as possible."
