I cancelled mid month before the next…
I cancelled mid month before the next billing cycle - assumed I could use it for the 2 weeks remaining that was already paid for. I could not. I reactivated the account thinking I was activating my current month to simply log back in and use the remaining two weeks. Kenji charged me for a brand new billing cycle as soon as I clicked re-activate and will not give me access to the remaining two weeks that I already paid for. Terrible experience for a monthly subscription. Do not recommend!!!

Hi Shannon, We appreciate you sharing your feedback and would like to clarify what occurred. When a subscription is canceled, our system immediately ends the billing cycle and deactivates the account. If the account is later reactivated, this automatically starts a brand new billing cycle and generates a new charge. Unfortunately, it is not technically possible for us to “resume” or continue a previously canceled cycle, even if time remained on it. In your case, the account was canceled mid-cycle and then reactivated, which triggered a new billing period and charge. Once you brought this to our attention, we immediately canceled the subscription again and fully refunded the newly-created charge. We understand this billing logic can feel unintuitive, but our goal is never to mislead or inconvenience users in any way. Best, Kenji Team
