Customer Service Is Horrible . Mind you I’ve been ordering from her for YEARS ! up until a few weeks ago I ordered over 1,000$ worth of hair and they NEVER shipped it out. I give it about 2 weeks to ship then I finally call & a lady says they didn’t ship it out because my shipping & billing address didn’t add up. What type of shut is that I had just moved & didn’t get time to change my address on my bank card. It’s never an issue anywhere else ! Then they stated that they issued me a REFUND & NEVER REFUNDED shXt !!! my bank even confirmed it ! I’m beyond pissed !

I’ve been ordering from kendras since 2015. I’ve always bought bundles from her. I loved the hair so much up until now. Two weeks before her Black Friday sale I bought a frontal deep wave wig. 24 inch. I even paid for the expedited shipping an extra 45 dollars. Of course wig didn’t arrive on time,extra 45 dollars but that’s not what I’m mad about. I opened up box it was boxed so beautifully. I spent 750 dolllars on this wig. So when I opened it the frontal & hair didn’t seem to match up….but I’m new to these wigs so I said I’ll show my stylist first before I complain. Finally dropped wig off to stylist and she confirmed if indeed didn’t match And I should contact Kendra to make sure I didn’t get a bad batch. The phone was busy so I sent a DM plus kept calling…finally someone answered DM and asked for order number and pictures which I sent….they didn’t answer me back after I sent…so I kept calling. Finally a girl picked up and I explained everything to her and she said..it seems that way in the beginning but once washed and style it will blend in…I said ok..got the hair done and y’all..worse wig I’ve ever had…it didn’t blend in…and it was matted….also the wig is not flat on your head…it looked so ugly…I kept it in for 3 days only And put on a headband. I’m so upset. With 750 I could have gotten bundles and gotten a wig done myself. order (#398681)

Customers service is very unprofessional and not helpful at all. I was referred and will not be back.

I purchased 4 bundles from Kendra’s. She’s the only hair I’ve ever used, but i will not be buying anymore. The hair has only been installed for 4 weeks and it is shedding like crazy. It looks like I have 2 bundles in! I called customer service and they said since I already installed the hair, there is nothing they can do. I let them know that’s unacceptable. All my kendras hair I’ve previously purchased has been installed several times, dyed, etc, and it’s still perfect, but this hair I recently ordered hasn’t been altered, just straightened, and it’s shedding like a damn dog! Customer service then got rude with me, and I asked for a supervisor, and she was extremely defensive. I wish they assumed positive intent on behalf of their loyal customers. This whole experience has been shockingly negative, and I expected more from Kendra’s Boutique.

Customer service was extremely rude and barley let me get a sentence out. Received my package last and the lady who answered the phone could care less and refused me refund. This was my first and last time ordering from this so called company. I’m so tired of people who work in customer service being rude, uneducated and ghetto. Do not order from here.

I started ordering from Kendra in early 2018 & fell in love with her hair. It would usually last me at least 3-4 months & would never shed. This last time I ordered, my bf was so fed up with hair all over the house which NEVER happened before. It began to tangle shortly after the first install and at first I thought I was tripping until I seen other reviews. Sad to have to search for another seller with quality bundles. (Don’t order from Diamond Dynasty either.)

Horrible! I never experienced such horrible customer service before. The hair I received was terrible quality and shedding. The representative basically told me nothing was wrong with it and I was the issue. Never again Kendras! Never again!

I paid $400 just to receive three of the most nappiest bundles I’ve ever purchased . I am disgusted , I can’t believe Kendra would even let this be shipped under her business name . I mean I asked for deep wave and this hair looks like curly crochet hair 🤮 . I used to love her hair because of the quality but honestly at this rate she won’t be in the top 5 of my list anymore .
