I would highly recommend to stay clear of Kendra’s boutique. The quality of the hair has fallen drastically and the customer service is appalling. I purchased the same hair in 2017 and tried to purchase a longer length in 2023. I saw a major difference in quality with the most recent hair knotting and shedding tremendously. As a buyer from the UK I always bought from Kendra’s boutique as the quality has been the best for years. I have never experienced such an issue. Customer service were extremely unhelpful and disregarded all my concerns after having asked me to send photographic evidence of my claim. The lady I spoke to even got defensive saying that the quality of the hair will never change and insinuated I was lying. I feel robbed off my money and will not be purchasing from Kendra’s boutique again.

I have heard many good things about Kendra’s boutique however my experience with the quality of the hair has been highly disappointing. I have installed my hair for about two weeks and I ordered 30inch body wave 13x6. The hair has been tangling soooo much that I’m genuinely not even sure if this hair is virgin or synthetic and I’m very good with hair. I comb out with the right hair utensils for curly hair before bed and I apply leave in conditioner, serum and moose and the hair is still not tamed. I will say the lace does blend very well with skin. I honestly wish I could have written a better experience with the company but I had been seeing bad reviews of the hair and chose to ignore what I saw online just because other people still had spoken so highly of this hair brand in the past , but I have now experienced first hand so cannot fault the disappointment in some of the customers.

I recently purchased hair bundles from Kendra’s Boutique, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The quality of the hair was absolutely abysmal, far below the advertised standards, and left me extremely dissatisfied. The hair sheds excessively, tangles and does not hold curls. I was sold low quality hair at a high price. Overall, my experience with the hair bundles purchased from Kendra’s Boutique has been extremely disappointing. The poor quality and excessive shedding have left me regretting my decision to purchase from this store. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for their hair bundle needs.

BEWARE! They take your money and weeks later tell you the item is out of stock and then take their time to give You a refund. When trying to contact them about an issue they block You on Social Media!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish I could give the Kendra’s Boutique a 0 because that’s what they are TRASH!!!

Kendra's hair can be hit or miss. But she's getting ridiculous with her prices; she is even charging additional money for a 22” now and doesn't even provide free shipping; she should at least do that. I mean, about time you check out. You're spending $500 plus.

Do not order from this boutique. She does not answer calls or follow up on emails if you have the wrong order. She takes money but no customer satisfaction. You file to file a dispute.

I ordered bundles three weeks ago. Two weeks ago I receive a FedEx tracking number but when I contact FedEx they say they still haven;t been given the parcel! Kendras boutique basically took my money when they don't even have the hair in stock!! They don't respond to my several emails. And comment I leave on their social media asking where my package is; they delete!! This is why you only ever see rave comments on their insta! They delete all the others! Three weeks late and I have no bundles and no refund! I'm actually going to pursue this further, because I'm quite sure taking money under false pretences (pretending you have the stock) is illegal!

Honestly this hair is garbage, I paid a $1000 for a 30" full Lace blonde wig and it is literally garbage, the hair is subtle a poor. It gets tangled and nodded at the roots and it's thin and I will never wear it and when you get it wet it's Like 2 different textures and it Is so dry there is no amount Of water or conditioner or anything you can Due to it to make it feel normal. It's stiff and gross
