I love Kendra boutique hair but it took weeks for me to receive my hair because it was in back order but I had to call to see why I hadn’t received it in two wks I feel like someone should of contacted me rather then me contact them and they didn’t want to give any incentive for waiting but shantel was very nice and did express ship my hair which was nice

Absolutely love Kendra's Boutique hair along with the accessories I purchased. However, I paid $45 for 2-3 day shipping and received my package a week after ordering.

Ok i will start by saying my daughter referred me to this company. She had a good experience with the loos deep curl, so I thought why not. This was about 4 years ago. I ordered the curly because I like big hair. Bad decision, that hair matted like nobody's business not matter what I did. I threw it away, $300 down the drain. Fast forward to 2020, my daughters hair is still in good shape, wave in tact. No issues with tangling dryness at all. I mean its thinning due to all that she has done, color etc. over time, but still wearable. Meanwhile I have spent thousands on hair companies and received horrible to mediocre bundles, wigs etc. I was at my wits end, I decided nothing to lose, try Kendra again. In February, I purchased loose wave three bundle deal, 18, 20, 22 $260. (reasonable). fingers crossed right! I have since made a u-part wig. Its been two weeks now, Pro's Why cant customers write this review on her website, shows no confidence in product! soft texture minimal smell the color matches mine perfect. (Natural) bundles are pretty even from base to end with some short hairs. wave stayed in tack after washing minimal tangle Cons sheds (could be from cutting wefts, but the hairs are short and appear to be breakage at the ends) I will monitor to see if it decreases over time. Shipping could be better, I think 4-5 business days should be max for the cost of this product. It took 4 days to print the label and 2 days to ship, not acceptable in my opinion. Overall, the quality is worth 4 stars. The shedding is annoying because I am constantly having to sweep floor. Would I buy again? Ill answer that question after I wear it longer, and do some things, like color, curl, set etc.

The hair's beautiful. I just suggest that the title of the option of "5-7 day shipping" be changed to "5-10 day shipping" : )

I love kendra's hair. It's beautiful hair and it smells good.The hair also has nice texture.I been using the hair since I started college. people most have nothing good to say about their product. so far 2 1/2 years I been using it and never has disappoints me. Just to be clear no paid me to say this or give a fake review. The only thing I would change is the time I would get the hair instead of waitng 7-10 days.

I've been shopping with Kendras Boutique for the past 3 years. I only buy the body wave. The lengths that I go for are 16,18,20 or all 18. When ever I order their hair, it comes with in 5 days and the bundles are nice and full. They are true to length and dont have a foul smell. At least my bundles didnt smell. Each purchase (2) lasted over a year. The first purchase I installed it, wore it for 3 months, took it out then installed it again and got it cut into a style. Second purchase I had it installed and wore it for 3 1/2 months then took it out, then installed it again and wore that for another 2 months. If you really take care of your hair, it can really last all year long. I am about to purchase my next 3 bundles and im excited bc I miss it. I love the weight of the hair bc my real hair has high density so I would like for my weave to have high density as well. Kendras Boutique has been great to me .

I just recently purchased some hair on 12/26/2017 I purchased deepwave 18” closure, 22” and (2) 24” ! Packaging pretty , delivery was fast but when I unraveled the hair the ends was crunchy and nappy ! After straighten with the flatirons it straightened out but I was unable to wear it curly! Other than that the hair is now silky straight ,
