Im so upset and disappointed this hair was horrible quality when it came out the box frizzy ass curls Thin ends just very low quality But she wants to charge $900 for it and didn’t try to give me no quality. It doesn’t make sense how people give people a service and they don’t get the results. I could’ve spent my money somewhere else she gonna refund me no gonna give me no do not buy from this company. I heard it so many times, but I was still purchase.

I have ordered hair in the past, I didn't have any problems then, but the last batch that I bought a month ago mattes really bad and sheds. I have only had it installed one week today. No products have been added and the hair has been cowashed and conditioned. After you brush the hair it mattes right back up. Believe the TikTok reviews that are going around, they are not lying!!!!

I bought bundles and a closure and usually I have a good experience. But this time everytime I wash the closure it sheds really bad. I only had it in my head a month its was for my birthday🎂. Now the closure has alittle hair. The money I spent on the closure all for nothing. I will not be purchasing from Kendra anymore.

I recently purchased the hot Comb and noticed damage on the cord. After reaching out to the business to ask for a replacement they never responded back I expected more after paying $65 for an item that was damaged on arrival.

Bad service i order almost 2 weeks ago and paid extra for shipping within 2-3 days with DHL Express. I still received nothing. There is no mail adres of kendra to send a complain or for help. The number to call is for national people i live in the netherlands its no option to call. I will never order again.

The hair was terrible and very thin I paid $500+ for three bundles or 613 hair and it was for a birthday trip and yes it was delivered on time but the quality was trash I can’t speak for natural color hair but the blonde is trash

I have been purchasing hair from Kendra's for years. I was utterly shocked with my most recent purchase. The quality was very poor (tangles, sheds, poor texture) I spent over $700 and I'm so upset and disappointed. I never thought I'd be here writing this for I've always gotten compliments on the hair and the hair would last for years. Never again! They've lost me as a customer
