I’ve ordered from Kendra’s twice. Both times the hair started coming out through the wefts. I take great care of my hair so there is no reason it should be doing that. I will not be spending money with Kendra’s ever again.

I have been with Kendra's for years and always have good experience with thier hair, always last me a year plus....but this last time I ordered 3 bundles (20,22,24). They were very skimpy not thick at all the 24 was more wider then the 22....we pay Kendra's to much money to be cheated I like a full head of hair !!! Please get it together

Purchase 3 bundles of the platinum blonde and a closure 485.00 gone down the drain. This is the worst hair I've ever experienced, my closure lasted only 2 weeks its ridiculous how much the hair sheds the wind can blow and you could see the hair in the air unacceptable. It is wrong in so many ways to sell a product knowing the longevity and quality of the hair isn't worth the price. I understand it's a business but if you know a product isn't great take it off the market until you can find better product,you have to remember people work hard for their money.

I have been purchasing hair from Kendra’s for 2 years. Love it!! I purchased hair on 4/4/18 received it 4/9/18. I’m a college student so I order things in advance because I’m on a budget. Fast forward 6/18/18 I finally open the hair start co washing bundle by bundle and I only have 4 of 5 bundles. I paid $450 for the 5 bundle deal. I call and tell the lady what’s going on. She says it been over 3 months ( actuality it’s been 2) and says there is nothing we can do. Because I need 5 bundles and I already ordered 5 bundles and somehow someone may have forgotten or whatever the case is I now have to pay an additional $110 plus over night shipping cost which I believe is $20-$25. That’s $135 on top of the $450 I already paid for the 5 bundles I needed. I realize it was 2 months later, being a college student and papers and finals to write I did now check it right away. At this this point I’m even like I will pay half the cost, but the lady is just says we can NOT do anything. I’m vert upset and I will NOT order hair from here anymore. After 2 years of great hair quality, and this being the only issue I’ve ever had with them. I’m just disappointed I would have paid half the cost to have the missing bundle shipped. It’s just disappointing because I understand it being 2 months and I’m willing to work something out paying 50% of the cost. Ugh I’m just so upset right now, and now I’m short 1 bundle and have to figure out how I’m going to get my hair, what I’m going to to because I don’t have all the hair necessary

haven't purchased hair, but based on this experience & other reviews I don't think I ever will. I purchased the swarovski straighter, curling set, the paddle brush (pink barbie brush), and 3 detangling brushes (all items came blinged out in swarovski crystals). Can't complain about the curling set, but the straightener is not worth the money. The plates are very small, and you can do much better for the price. My paddle brush broke after a month, and all the crystals are falling off of ALL the brushes. For items so expensive you'd think they'd keep themselves together for more than a couple months. On top of that customer service is TERRIBLE and they will speak to you like you're stupid.

Kendra’s boutique hair is good quality hair I have been purchasing hair from Kendra’s for about 3 Years now. The hair 3 yeas ago was beautiful, full, and it last. But the bundles are so stingy now. The ends of the bundles look like they’ve been tampered with maybe cut. I’ve tried emailing them before and all they told me was to send it back and never even apologized for my concern.

I purchased 2 bundles and a frontal and had it made into a wig. It held up for the first 5 weeks, then the frontal began to shed like crazy. I have countless bald patches throughout the front of my wig. Definitely a waste of money.
