I’m sad to write this review man. Everybody says they been ordering this for years.. ME TOO! I put everybody on to kendras. I just ordered hair 2 weeks ago and this is NOT Kendra’s! Period. Everywhere I go I’m shedding hair. That’s a NO! Like I know shedding is normal but this is terrible. If I didn’t pay so much for my install I would take this out and send it back. And the crazy part is I paid $40 more than I normally do. Come on sis! I don’t trust no other hair please don’t do this!!

They have good straight and body wave hair that last a long time however the service is horrendous. Idk what type of people kendra has running her business but she needs to retrain them asap. The integrity of the company is extremely poor. Work ethics poor. This company is ran by a bunch of birds who are very incompetent on communication and problem solving skills. Oh god forbid you have a problem they’ll be so salty and they’ll for sure let you know that with their nasty attitudes. The staff is the reason why you don’t have a better score And reviews. If everyone is saying the same thing why wouldn’t you try to make some changes? I wouldn’t deal with these people at all if it wasn’t for their products. I just haven’t found a company that compares quality and longevity wise.. But once I do good riddance!

I bought a grey wig from here and it's not worth almost $700. I got a 26 inch silver full lace front wig. First of all I ordered express pay 3 to 5 buisness days and it came in 7, I was so excited to finally get my wig and then took it out of this box and it was thin as can be 🤦‍♀️ the texture felt fried not soft I ran my fingers through it and received 8 strains of hair with on stroke smh as if it's not thin enough. For $665 I expect some sort of extra item I didnt even get a wig cap from them smh...I have been experimenting with different wig companies and I thought for sure this would be a come up smh boy was I wrong...please read reviews before purchasing any wigs from this site

Hair is overpriced & customer service is trash. I wish I would've read the reviews first.

i bought hair from Kendra's Boutique and im just disappointed. i watched video's so much videos on YouTube aiding me in me purchase. when i got the hair i could feel a texture difference with the bundles and the colure. I figured that after i washed the hair it would feel different and you know what is did, a little. Now, the hair just feel dry like an thirst that cannot be quenched. The closure feels grate but the bundles are dry. DRY! Now i spent so much time making a wig i finally got to the bleaching the knots and i was so exited because that's what makes everything look natural right??? WRONG, i tried to bleach the knots in the closure and the knots didn't bleach. i tried bleaching the bundles and they didn't either.. what a disappointment.

My former coworker recommended me to buy hair from Kendras boutique. I always stick to all virgin hair boutique, true glory, or traces of fiji. I received the straight hair and it was good hair. It just had a corn chip odor to it! I ordered more hair for a bob and I can say the hair was brown. It wouldn’t change when I tried watercoloring it jet black. My hairstylist tried to dye it as well and she said the same thing. She made the hair into a wig and it was cool! Ok, recently I ordered deepwave 26,28,30. The hair is trash! It sheds and even tangles!!! Never again. Oh and don’t forget the hair is brown! I received a deep wave frontal from traces of fiji and the frontal is way better than the Kendra’s actual hair. It so dry and matted! I braid and tie it up every night. I use water and a little mousse to keep the curls in some days. Customer Service is bad too! They will hang up in your face without saying thank you or have a good day. Spend your money somewhere else, they give all their good hair to celebrities and give regular people the mess!

I ordered from Kendra’s boutique early in the week last week, a straight full lace wig, and received it Saturday. I pulled the wig out of the box, which was packaged very nicely, and I was underwhelmed. The wig at first glance was incredibly thin, which is really sad because i have a big head and I need that density. The wig itself fits over my head fine, but it’s so thin, I could have done better with AliExpress. For $595, I expect 150% density to be DENSE. I’d hate to see what they try and pass off as 100%. So far, density is my main problem with the hair. My last hair was from aliexpress. It was almost 6 months old and was shedding like a dog. I’d probably lost at least half of the hair that I started with and at the end of it’s life, that hair was STILL thicker than this. The texture of the hair is nice, not the best, and using no extra product besides water, the hair did not hold overnight flexi rod curls well at all. The wig is not totally preplucked, you still have to do a lot of customizing. Baby hairs are long, not as long as the rest of the hair but very long for baby hair. There’s lots of short flyaways anywhere I part the wig. I haven’t experienced much shedding, if any at all. A couple of tangles here and there, but that’s expected with long lengths. At the end of it, I’ve had this hair installed for 4 days and I’m not impressed. I bought bundles and a frontal from the beauty supply store in town for a last minute event (and I live in a very small town) and was more impressed with that. The hairs themselves are very fine, but they are also spaced far apart. I don’t know if any of the other textures would have the same density issues, but Insta pictures have bamboozled me already so now I don’t trust it at all. Save your money, you can buy hair of the same quality for less than half the price.

I was disappointed because I expected more from Kendra's hair. First I paid an extra $30 for express shipment which came late! I called and emailed the company and there was no response or apology! The hair is ok, it's more silky than I expected and my rollers slips out easily. This is my honest opinion. Work on your customer service because you are nothing without your customers!
