The tape ins are not tacky and slide out same day.

I ordered bundles and it had a smell. Overall hair is nice. Also ordered a 2x6 closure which was horrible the lace was super thick and was very noticeable it keeps tangling. The stylist always post and tag Kendra’s boutique but did not because she did not like the closure.

SCAM RIP OFF FRADUALENT ASS COMPANY. THIS HAIR PLACE IS A SCAM RIP OFF AND FRADUALENT! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PACKAGE OF 3 BUNDLES AND SPENT $462.00 WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY WERE RUDE, WASN'T TRYING TO HEAR THE CUSTOMER, TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR AN INVESTIGATION. ONCE IT WAS OVER STILL NO MONEY BACK, NO REFUND, STILL AIN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE AND CANT GET MY HAIR DONE!!!! I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AS THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY. SHE TOLD ME TO CALL MY BANK AND DISPUTE THE CHARGE, TO GET MY MONEY BACK. THEY SAY THEY WILL STEP IN IF FED EX DONESN'T TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM, BUT THEY DON'T STEP IN. THEY DON'T DO SHIT, BUT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ROB YOU OF IT. SAD..SAD..SAD.. I been ordering from them for almost 2 yrs and now I must say the quality of hair has drop and the ship the hair still wet and with a bad smell. When you reach out to be refunded or to exchange the hair they don’t reply. The fact that they have grow so much popularity they have lost the quality they started of with. Unfortunately I have stop ordering from them.

I have brought hair bundles and closures three times from Kendra’s boutique over the last five years. The first purchase - was great quality. The second purchase - the bundles were okay quality (a bit of tangling), but the closure was bald within a few weeks. The most recent third purchase in May 2025 was absolute crap. It is clearly not 100% virgin hair. It seems like a synthetic blend because the hair is matting, plus it’s shedding like crazy, dry and brittle - no matter how much conditioner I put on it and care I take with it, which usually does the trick. Not to mention the bundles are much lighter than they used to be. I spent approx £500 - waste of money. I don’t get why Kendra’s Boutique stop putting quality (and, therefore, customers) first! That’s how you keep your repeat, long-term customers. Was so supportive of Kendra’s originally but this business has lost a customer in me.

The bundles are smaller than they use to be and the prices have gone up. I expected the same volume of hair that was ordered in the past.

Very disappointed in the hair quality and customer service. I ordered hair from them almost 6 years ago and the hair was flawless, I still own it. So I decided to order my daughter some this year. We got body wave. After installing, within weeks the hair began to smell like burnt popcorn! Washed this hair almost 6 times, ends look shredded to crap and the hair just constantly smells burnt! When I called to explain my confusion compared to my prior purchase, the lady was rude and very defensive. Blamed everything on me. Basically tried to call me dirty for not washing it the first install even though we washed it numerous times after. “If it was me, I would NEVER just put hair straight out the pack on my head!” … it wasn’t her who spent $500 on hair that didn’t even last 6 months so she didn’t care. I have bragged about Kendra’s boutique for the last few years. I now have nothing good to say about them and will never purchase this hair again.

I ordered the new water wave wig! It’s supposed to be a medium cap but it’s actually a small and will not fit my head! I have over 30 medium wigs and have no problem! They try to blame it on my head! Instead of saying this is a new product and we will look into it! They never once apologized for the inconvenience but shifted ALL THE BLAME ON ME! Now I’m left with a too little wig and out of 500 dollars! They could have had the decency to say we will give you a few dollars off your next purchase! Instead they took no accountability and said OH WELL!! BE AWARE THE WATER WAVE WIGS RUN EXTRA SMALL !!
