I didn't get it installed yet but I wasnt satisfied with how it was shipped. The bundles weren't individually wrapped in plastic they were in a cloth pouch which causes sanitary concerns for me.The hair wasnt body wave it just looked twisted. The whole presentation was poor, the bundles didnt look or feel silky and smooth.

I literally just received my hair and took it out the package today. I will say the hair feels and smells good. But this bodywave is a joke. It should be called an unfinished twist instead. There’s no body or wave to this hair at all. I wish I could upload pictures. Kendra’s Boutique should be ashamed of themselves for sending out product like this. Beauty Supply hair or cheap aliexpress hair have a way better wave than this. When I saw this hair all I could do was laugh and shake my damn head. I’m hoping a wand curl can get it together.

The hair is good, it tangles a little but it easily brushes out and sheds a little. I wrap at night and in the morning it's great... Now this is where my problem comes in, this hair smells so bad OMG my kids keep saying that is smells like corn chips so I'm wondering if they smell it to my coworkers smell it. When I say it smells bad it smells bad... I would love to order again because I really like the hair and I've washed it several times but the funky smell comes right back :( I'm just gone leave it alone and order from somewhere else because i can't be smelling like corn chips.

So I ordered 5 bundles of 30 inch, straight texture. I did the expedited shipping, ordered hair on Friday received it by Tuesday. The hair is great hair the thickest hair I've ever had, there is "something" distinctive about their quality. very beautiful hair. However, it sheds! Sheds more than normal. I am very concerned about it. Without the shedding it would be 5 stars. I don't expect as much shedding for hair that I paid $500 dollars for!

I have been ordering hair from them since 2013 , I’m not sure if they have a new vendor but, my bundles are very nappy and they shed every time I brush it. This is unlike them I’m very disappointed. I pay a lot of money and I shouldn’t feel like I got my hair from the beauty supply store.

I will start off by saying that I have Brazilian straight hair from this company that I first started wearing about a year ago and it is good quality... it just tangles a tad bit when it's curled. On to my main point, this Thanksgiving I ordered a Silk closure from this company. It arrived 2 weeks after I purchased it which is later than they told me I was supposed to receive my hair. When I finally did receive my silk based closure, it seemed fine. I decided to make a wig with the closure, and it turned out extremely "wiggy" looking... 5 hours WASTED. Mind you, I'm NOT new to the wig game. I've been making wigs for years. The closure was extremely difficult to lay flat, and parting it was a nightmare. The closure was just TOO full. Nobody's hair is as full as that closure was! So I tried plucking the part to make it more realistic.... that didn't work either. I ended up just taking the hair off of the wig tossing that closure straight in the trash. By the way, the closure was $90 on sale. It's normally $120. I didn't ask for my money back or anything like that. I just know not to buy closures or frontals from this company in the future.
