Bundles got thinner I remember I’d always have hair left when I used to get them

The hair is super thinner than normal

Purchased my hair three months ago closure three bundles body wave. Hair is shedding. .my closure has a huge ball spot in it. I chose Kendra‘s boutique because I bought from them in the past 2017 2018. The hair quality is not there anymore and I will not be buying there from them. I reached out to customer service got a voicemail. Voicemail said box is completely full. I have paid a little over $600 for my purchase. I had to come in and add I noticed since I left my review all of a sudden people are replying. They’ve had a great experience. I don’t believe that.

I’ve been ordering bundles for over 10 years with noooo issues. Perfect everytime. Idk. This is my first time where the bundles are shedding this much.

I’m a repeat customer of Kendra’s… my first set up of bundles I purchased 6 years ago and the hair was amazing, i still use that wig I made currently but the recent set I purchased about 2 years ago are less than great… it sheds and tangles terribly, it won’t hold a curl unless i use hair spray and I pretty much have to wash it once a week or it looks dry and gets frizzy. I don’t know what happened in the past 6 years but I definitely won’t be purchasing from her again.

I always buy hair from her, but she must change vendors. I bought 4 bundles of wavy got them straightened and the hair won't wave back up. I'm irritated because I paid 560 for this damn hair. Kendra out here balling but selling trash smelly bundles.

These reviews must be paid reviews because the hair I have is ok, and maybe some Ali Express vendors are better. I paid $508 for this hair not even including the install and this hair is very dry and tangles like crazy. I don’t know if it’s just the straight hair hair but it’s definitely not worth the hype

Finally, after hearing about this hair for years I said I may as well stop being cheap and invest in good quality hair... the hair is actually a little better than the hair that I am used to buying.... the one major thing that I can’t seem to get over is the smell of the hair.... it smells like bleach out corn chips and I had the hair installed 2 weeks ago I washed after one week and the smell still remains. I don’t know what to do I hate the smell of the hair and my husband notices it to. I do not want to wear hair that smells bad.
