0 stars .The bundles I received were thin not full. I had to purchase additional hair to complete my install. Also, this hair sheds very badly. Kendra’s Boutique admitted to cutting wefts as a part of manufacturing.Careless Customer service. I recommend purchasing elsewhere. Kendra’s Boutique response below. “ We understand your concern about the bundles appearing to be cut. We want to clarify that all hair wefts are inherently ended by cutting them during the manufacturing process. Regarding the weight of the bundles, we assure you that our bundles are accurately weighted at 3.0-3.5 ounces. We encourage you to place them on a scale to verify their weight, as this is the standard method for measuring hair bundles.”

Hair is absolutely trash once i wanted a refund and spoke with someone from her department. She was very rude. Her name was Keysha trying to tell me it’s the same bundles they’ve been using and I’m wrong about how I feel there’s nothing wrong with the bundles she kept saying.

In the past I purchased wigs from this company and didn’t have to style and the quality of hair was flawless. My most recent wig purchase is very disappointing and the quality of hair is not worth the money. I was better off purchasing 2 wigs off Amazon.

Hair bundles extremely thin. Two was not even enough for half a head.

This probably has to be the worse batch I’ve ever ordered, I used this hair for some boho braids for my daughter and within a day the hair is already matted and tangled I was better off going to the beauty supply to get hair

Paper Thin Boneless Hair. All sales are final. The customer service reps could care less when you call them. She was dry as ever and took forever to answer the phone. If you even touch the hair you bought no refunds/no partial credit for another bundle. They will offer a $30 credit but what's that with those prices? That doesn't even make a dent. Back in 2014-2017 the bundles were perfect. They have gotten greedy and just don't care. $600 down the drain and I have to purchase 2 more bundles just to make it look thick so I don't look like I'm sporting a party city wig.

Wig was too small and they won’t return my money then had the nerve to send it back to me I told them I didn’t want it be careful ladies they are lying about these ugly ass wigs too small smell funky u will be disappointed ladies they just getting money from people
