KENDRA'S BOUTIQUE customer service is phenomenal, the communication is phenomenal, the delivery process is phenomenal, and presentation is a big factor...the packaging is even phenomenal!! Ordered the lace frontal that was on sale and almost 2 months in it still looks nice

I have to say the customer service is genuinely impeccable I made a mistake and they helped me correct it and was so pleasant on the phone and Willing to help and acted like they actually cared and I have to tell you in this day and age I get so frustrated buying almost anything because people treat you so horrible. I received the hair and it’s beautiful it has a beautiful curl to it or wave to it I wish each tape-in was a little thicker so if you want a full head for sure you will need at least 4 bundles but beautiful hair! it looked amazing and performed amazing when I had it installed and still so beautiful.
