Waste of money , do not waste your time . Hair does nothing , doesn't hold curls & the ends look like a dog chewed on them and are very thick . Everything flat irons straight but then ends look crunchy and dry no matter what

I purchased platinum blonde hair from them in which my frontal was platinum but my bundles were goldish. My hair shedded horribly. My hair was napph like hair store hair after only having it in for a week. And it was also stiff.

I bought hair back in December and just now installing and I’m so disappointed I always get and ask for black hair and she always send me brown as if I have to take anything cause she’s out of black hair and the hair is not what I expected it to be as the first time I got it

The hair sheds like crazy. the first day i had it in. Its ridiculous. a waste of 375 dollars. the hair never tangles though. Thats the only good thing.

I've always order from here. I recently wanted blonde bundles instead of black. I don't recommend you buy them I wore them once for two weeks nothing shedding bad quality a total waist of money. They don't offer half off on your next bundles or anything. They definitely should if your a constant customer and they can verify that. I will not be getting anymore bundles from here because I paid 130 a bundle bought the bundles and the hair looks horrible it looks so synthetic and I definitely took care of it how I take care of all the rest of mine the quality is just going downhill so hundreds of dollars for two weeks of a decent look THANKS A LOT

At first, I wasn't going to give Kendra's Boutique one star. But when I think about it, that's really all it's worth. Let's start with the GOOD: the hair looks beautiful. I purchased three bundles plus a frontal. 18" 22" and two 24". When the hair is straighten, it is silky and lavishing. When it's curled, it looks sleek. Not too much volume, but more so a natural look. When I wash it and let it air dry - it is Fab! Oh & the frontal? Looks VERY natural around the edges. (but that could of just been my stylist slaying... who knows) Here's the BAD: the first thing I thought to myself once I opened my package from Kendra's is "these bundles look a little light". My appointment was the next day after the hair was delivered, and I worried that the bundles I purchased would not be enough to give me the full sew in look I needed. Fortunately enough, it did. Aside from that, the SHEDDING IS UNCONTROLLABLE. Literally, UNCONTROLLABLE. I'm not new to sew ins, nor any length pass 22". I have been wearing weaves for some time now, and I can't believe how much shedding I've experienced with hair from Kendra's Boutique. If I run my fingers through my hair, BOOM: shedding. If I put my hair into a pony tail, BOOM: shedding around the scrunchie. If I lay down next to my man, BOOM: a trail of hair left behind on the pillow! Smh. Unnecessary amounts of hair all in his face because of Kendra. As far as the frontal, yes I have some shedding in certain areas. Some that look like bald spots. And yes, I do cover it so that it isn't obvious. But that is to be expected from any hair company. Frontal's only last BUT so long. I'm not going to hold that agains Kendra's Boutique, this is something I've learned through the years. But I feel the need to mention the shedding on the frontal, because I know not everyone has the experience to know what is expected. I didn't bother contacting her personally. I look at it as a lost. A L I'll just have to take. From the previous reviews, I doubt she will suddenly care about the experiences of her customers. Plus, despite the shedding, the hair does look good. <----- Hence the one star. What's the point in having good looking hair, if all it's going to do is fall out? Like I said, I'm not new to weaves. Any hair company can make hair look good, but quality is everything. Needless to say, I will not be a returning customer.
