I ordered 3 bundles and closure paid extra $30 for it to be here 2-3 days . I never got a tracking number from the beginning then they cancelled the order . My money has yet to be refunded to my account. I’ve emailed them multiple times why they stalled to cancel my order and where tf is my $405

I’m so disappointed in this purchase after seeing her instagram full of her “hair dolls”, i wanted to love this hair but her customer service is horrible she sent me three bundles that weren’t the same textures it was so obvious, I sent them a picture through email and called 3 times to get my issue resolved and after the 3rd call they didn’t want to do anything, no refund no exchange nothing. In addition, the hair is so thin and their “body wave” has no BODY or maybe it’s cause i did receive the WRONG texture.

I ordered the Black Cherry 26 inch full lace wig on Black Friday, paid $570.00. The length is true. The density is not. It is supposed to be pre plucked. If you ask me, it’s over plucked!!!! There are no short baby hairs. It’s just like two rows of hair that are very spaced out. When I called to get a refund, they told me no refunds. This hair is way to hyped. Will never purchase a wig from them again.

I’ve ordered hair by the bundles and a closure from Kendra’s boutique and the hair was really good hair. I’ve had my last batch of bundles for almost a year and they are still in good shape... however I recently ordered a lace frontal wig silver, 22inches never thought to try it on, once my stylist started to install it on my head I was embarrassed to see that the wig did not freaking fit. I know on the website it says the wig cap is a medium and fits most, but I also thought it was very very unprofessional how the worker/workers handle the situation after I called in to inform them. The lady was rude is hell, she refuse to accommodate me and I spent $595 on a wig that I can not send back for something different or can’t even get a refund for. I and others think that’s just bad for business how they handle customers feed back. I’m so disappointed in the way I was treated plus that’s damn near over $600 gone down the drain after taxes and shipping fees add up... I don’t recommend anyone to buy they lace wigs.

so i just paid 595$ for the icey blue wig , 24 inches long, on cyber monday. 4 days later it arrives, and as im getting it installed, guess what?? IT DOESNT FIT, YES GIRL THE WIG DOES NOT FIT MY HEAD, im so embarrased right now i could CRY. ON THE SITE IT SAYS its a size medium and fits majority of heads but The girl who was installing it says how the wig wont even stretch, nor budge like any other full lace wig would! this wig was also thin and skimpy! .... this will be my last time ever ordering !!

Customer service =horrible, deletes comments/concerns off instagram.. Does not respond, definitely didn’t try to handle the situation professionally Curly hair = horrible, felt synthetic, matted, sheds, smells bad Never again, learn from my mistake and don’t purchase from these people. Almost 600 down the drain

This is my first time ordering from this company. I was referred by RaeMonique who is a stylist/owner in NC. I ordered the 3 bundle deal each 16" & lace frontal. I opened package and found the the 3 bundles were 16", 14", and 16". The frontal was suppose to be 14"!!! Looks like a 16". I paid 450. Only to get my order screwed up when I have a hair appt. MY BUNDLES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ALL 16"! NOW I HAVE TO REPORT THEM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU..

My item was good but, customer service is terrible. She never uploaded shipping info for my order and sent it USPS requiring a signature. I had it shipped to my grandmothers house because it was a gift for my daughter and I didn’t want her to find it. If I’d known it required a signature I would have arranged to be there. But, when the seller doesn’t upload tracking info and you have no clue that it shipped let alone requires a signature it’s hard to plan for that!!!! I emailed multiple times and never received responses until I filed a paypal claim almost a month later. Ridiculous business practice. Terrible customer service. No communication. I will never order from her again.
