The hair from here is ok but don’t order from here if you require good customer service for your money. Because if you have an issue the business hours are not as advertised for phone calls, the email is just for show, and you won’t get a reply on any social media platform if you send an SOS. When you do FINALLY get someone you will get an excuse for every issue with an attitude on top of it. I’ve ordered more than once but this is my first time having an issue where I had to follow up so I was definitely surprised with this horrible customer service because they’re nice when you’re ordering but god forbid you want a refund or an exchange.

I have ordered from Kendra numerous times. This most recent, order shipped 4/23/19. I ordered 22-24-26 body wave and the hair was no where near body wave. I had graduation that weekend and my stylist only had one appointment which was 9am on a Wednesday. That left me no time to re-order hair. The hair shed tremendously without barely being touch doing a first look at from shipping. I spent almost 300 with Kendra never will again. ISEE hair by aliexpress is 3x cheaper and comparable to whatever new vendor Kendra is choosing to use. I attempted to call and like many other customers there as no answer or response from "customer service."

Unlike the other ladies, I did not experience the rudeness, but I also didn’t speak directly with anyone. I ordered 3 bundles of deep wavy and the hair is mediocre. YES, no matter the length of the bundle the prices are the same and YES this could be a good thing. However, this is definitely NOT 100% human hair and it sheds a lot! It’s also nappy at the ends. Please invest elsewhere, because I wasn’t too impressed! I’m in Georgia and Atlanta has a million better hair suppliers! Oh yeah I used my boyfriends Facebook account because I heard Kendra and her customer service reps were ghetto and ratchet! I don’t have time for them to be calling and messaging me!

I used to swear by this hair....it is HORRIBLE now!!!! She must have changed vendors it shows. The wig I got from her was so thin and the hair was sub par at best. She will never get another dime of my money! I've tried to call and I get no response...I had been buying hair since like 2014...she lost a good customer

I have been shopping with Kendra's for roughly 3 years now and I will not be giving them another dime of my money. 1. For starters, the quality of their closures and bundles have gone down tremendously. The prices have increased yet the quality of the hair hasn't. The quality has actually gotten worse. I recently bought a $120 silk based natural straight closure and it was such a waste of money. It began balding within two weeks and I could only use it twice in a 5 month spam. The bundles have gotten smaller. 2. I recently just spent over $400 for a 3 bundle deal and closure. Not only was my package not delivered on time, but when I got home from work Saturday night I was told that I missed the signing and now my package was stuck at the post office until Sunday. I had graduation photos the next day therefore I had to pay $200 in rescheduling fees due to the fact that nowhere was I notified that I had to sign for the package. So I call Kendra's to tell them about the incident & how upset I was. Not only was the customer service representative rude as hell and clearly hadn't been trained to speak to customers politely. When I told her that I have ordered here for over two years and have never signed and other companies have notified me when I needed to be present at home for my package, she constantly told me in a VERY rude tone. "Well I order from companies too so thats a lie. That isn't true. It isn't our job to notify you." Then when directed to a supervisor she was rude as hell and not only was yelling in my ear, but relayed the same inconsiderate message. 3. I had received a $15 discount code and I applied to another order BEFORE I confirmed and went back to change my bundle package. When I attempted to apply the code on the new order, it said that it had already been used. When clearly it hadn't given that I hadn't completed an order with it. I emailed Kendra's Boutique in regards to getting another code and I never got a response. Then when I called customer service they informed me that they couldn't do anything about it? Which was clearly a bs lie. I used to be a huge fan of this company but the quality of the hair does not match the price and the customer service representatives are untrained and ghetto as hell. They have absolutely NO clue how to talk to customers. Especially ones that spend over $400 on your products that aren't as good as they once were. Word of advice DO NOT order from them. Once they get their money they are unconcerned with any problems in regards to your order. Save yourself the money and the stress. There are other hair companies with better products and customer service representatives that know how to professionally speak to a client. Don't get robbed of your money.

IMA NEED MY CHANGE$ Unfortunately I have to give Kendra’s Boutique a very bad review. February 25th I ordered 3 bundles and and frontal. My order was placed successfully. So I thought. Until I received a text message 1 day later saying my order was canceled. Due to the billing and shipping address not being the same (my own fault for not reading that before hand). Even still the site states refunds are 24-48 hours. I gave them a call to confirm my refund, and the assistant let me know I was fully refunded, and to give it one or two more days. So I should have been refunded by the 2nd of March. So my question now is where TF is my $417🤬
