I used to love this hair. It was my go to company for years, but something has shifted. The quality is not the same at all. It sheds like crazy, even before the install it was shedding, and it keeps getting very matted. I’m very disappointed with my purchase and the $400 I feel like I’ve wasted. I was loyal to this company and I usually don’t do reviews, but this is unacceptable!!

I honestly used to love this hair but i got a bad batch this time it took me a while to write the review because I thought it was going to get better after I washed it but nope it’s horrible. I’m so disappointed I wasted $400 on this hair. It’s a hit or Miss with this company. Honestly I would of been better off with aliexpress hair. This hair is shedding like crazy and tangling after I flexi rod it. At this point I will not recommend this hair to anyone. DO NOTBUY!

Unprofessional is definitely an understatement. Feel free to go through hassle with them. On 10/23 the company called me stating that they don't have the hair pattern I requested, in 22,24,and 26 inches(loose curly). I told them it's okay to send me the exotic deep curly. I ordered 3 bundles with an 18 inch frontal. 10/30 I received my package; inside it were my 3 bundles and no frontal. 10/30 I called them to make a complaint and they promised to overnight my frontal to me. 10/31 I received my frontal. Hair appointment was scheduled for 11/6 at 4pm. 11/5 I gathered my bundles and frontal in preparation for my hair appointment. Lo and behold! My 18 inches frontal was a 14 inch. I was upset after all these run around they still sent the wrong thing. I emailed them a picture of the frontal with the measurement on it. 11/6 I called and spoke with Nicole at 10:05 am. She was beyond arrogant and disrespectful. Nonetheless, she asked me to ship the frontal back to them and call back with a tracking number. And the following will take place after I have shipped back the wrong frontal: -They will issue a refund of the shipping cost - They will ship me my 18 inches exotic deep curly, overnight I called at 1:15 pm cst and someone else answered the phone, again, she was also rude, lacked compassion and straight out arrogant. She said she's unable to assist me and I should call back at 3 pm cst so I can speak to Nicole. In her words "things happen and mistakes are bound to happen". I was already upset at this point because from the beginning, they made several errors and still made it seem like all is good. I have a screenshot of all my email correspondence to them(which has not been replied).

Hopefully you googled Kendra boutique and scrolled down to see all of her BAD reviews before buying. I didn’t, and she got me BAD. I paid $500 for 3 bundles and a closure and it was the WORST hair I ever had! It shedded the minute I ran my fingers through it. It was like I had a fury ball in my hand it was so bad! Smh. It smelled like CORN CHIPS. And even when I washed it the smell would NOT go away. I had no choice but to get it installed bc I was going on a cruise in 2 days. So I ended up paying $700 for hair I only wore for 5 Days!!!! I had to take it out immediately after the cruise bc it was tangled and it SMELLED so bad! Even my boyfriend said oh no that hair has to go! It was a family cruise (his family) and I didn’t want to be around anyone really bc I didn’t want them to smell that hair. It was soooo embarrassing! NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention their customer service is HORRIBLE. I did, however, find a great hair company through all of this from a girl on the cruise bc she smelled my hair. She gave me her card SK Hair Collection. Their hair is AMAZING! It’s true Virgin hair no shedding and NO smell. The bundles are soooo thick too! I get all my hair from them now so I don’t have to worry about getting scammed by another “hair company” like Kendra’s 🙄. Their IG is @skhairco if you want to check them out. I brought a 360 blonde and it was horrible my hair was an Afro I got caught in the rain and it never went back straight again

Their wigs are horrible. I ordered the 485.00 blonde wig colored it pink and the same night I wore the wig it tangled at the ends very bad. Then a couple days later it started shedding bad. I will never buy another wig from Kendra’s Boutique. It’s sad that I paid that much for a wig and the Quality of the wig was depressing.

The wig is completely different than what is shown on the picture. I called the company and they stated to me that the wig is lower quality than other hair that I have purchased from them because it is on a lace in an attempt to explain why the wig (which is more expensive than their other items) is not as good as the weft hair. She also said the wig is 150 density. What does 150 density mean exactly? It’s their responsibility as professionals to ensure the customer knows what they are buying based on the information they provide. All I have is the picture to go by to determine how thick I can expect the wig to be. The description on the picture said it has been styled but no mention that additional hair was added to make it thicker. I was expecting the wig to be similar thickness like the picture but instead the wig is very very thin and doesn’t make the same curl as shown on the picture, it doesn’t hold a curl and is of very poor quality. The company is misleading customers and sending products that are completely different than what is advertised.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE OMG. I love to support black businesses but damn they sometimes make it so hard! It's outrageous. I purchased items on the sale they had (July 4). I just moved so ALL my cards are associated with my old address. So today I get an email that my items were refunded. I called and the woman rudely explained its their policy that address much match. Ok cool but I'm unable to order at all as I just moved. All my cards are associated with my old address. I asked if i can just reorder with my friend/family card with the sale price to be honored. She rudely advised that cannot happen. States sale ended yesterday. But how was I to know that it would have been canceled when I just got the email today? There's a way to do things and this isn't it. Their customer service skills need help. At least offer to honor a price or speak a different way. I for one am flabbergasted with the rudeness and for lack of better words, ghettoness
