This is the worst Hair company ever!!!!!!!!! I placed my order last Saturday 2-7-2020. I paid for express shipping, and I still have not received my package. I contacted to USPS,and the rep advised, the company created a shipping label on 2-10-2020, but my package was never taken to USPS. I was suppose to have my package already. I spoke with someone from the company Wednesday morning (2-12-2020), and the lady advised the hair pattern I ordered wasn’t in stock; and someone contacted me about it. I never received a phone call or a follow up email. Due to the hair pattern being out of stock, I changed the hair pattern, so I could receive my order on time. I just got off the phone with USPS and they advised nothing is in the system but the shipping label. I need my hair before this upcoming Saturday 2-15-2020. The point of me paying for express shipping is for reassurance my package would be delivered in a timely fashion. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I STILL DID NOT HAVE MY HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Less than a month after purchasing hair started matting. Can’t get in contact with anyone from company. They don’t answer their business phone... never again

I usually have great experiences with this company. I've bought from them several times but my most recent experience has been so unprofessional and unacceptable. I did not receive my full order THAT I PAID FOR and I am unable to get in contact with anyone from this company. Now I am out of a closure, the money I spent on that closure, and the money I had to spend on another closure I had to get in time for my appointment. This is my last purchase from this company.

I bought hair and the hair had already shed from weft before I even put it in hair I contacted customer services and the girl was so rude and ghetto in her tone of response Poor service and poor hair quality Won’t be spending my big earned money again with such a back end serviced company

My daughter have been purchasing hair from Kendra. To be honest the first and second time the hair was of good quality. I even recommended Kendra boutiques to a few of my coworkers and they were pleased. My daughter is now natural so she gave me the hair. I be worn them a few times they r still looking good. For my Christmas gift I asked my daughter to get me hair fro kendra’s. She purchased wavy when it arrived I opened the bag. The hair wasn’t wavy it was soft and stringy. The following day I had the hair weave to my head. Omg the hair was of a poor quality. I could pull the strings of from it. It looks cheap and believe me the hair wasn’t cheap. I called customer service. The representative said that they haven’t received any complaints and that because it has been used they cannot do anything about it. So disappointed. Anyway that will be my last purchase from Kendra boutiques and I will not be recommending Kendra’s to anyone. I gave one star. Really I should given it zero. I ended up throwing away the hair. Bad hair. Bad customer service. Zero.

I’ve been shopping with this company for 5 years, and after placing my order something told me to check the reviews. I did... and all I seen were negative reviews. I prayed and prayed for a good batch but today I received my bundles and I can truly say Kendra has changed vendors. The tip of one bundle is light brown, which her hair is always a natural brown . I lifted the tip of one of my bundle to the top by of the weft and it looked like the tip of the bundle was bleached or dyed before. I’m so disappointed in this company especially being a black own business. I really thought this company would go on to better and bigger things but you definitely lost a true valuable customer.
