I ordered a pink and black Kendally bra and never received them, I sent emails inquiring about my order or my refund and never got a response back from them at this point I would say they are not up to par with me.

Took 6 weeks to arrive, emailed got a response that they were on their way. Not anything like videos they show of how they look wearing them. There was a "privacy circle" with a nipple area that stuck out, that wasn't attached anywhere it floated within the entire cup up to my shoulder to the base of each breast. I purchased two sizes, neither fit at all. Contacted them to return. Told me they wanted photos of the mailed package so they could determine if they were theirs (though they emailed me they were at my Post Office). Requested photos of the sizes labled on the individual packages and of Me in the item so they could see if I had ordered the wrong size. They stated wrong sizes aren't returnable, but if they decided to allow it, I would be responsible to shipping them to Asia, not Boulder, Co. I'm sure I'm stuck with them, but I used a credit card through PayPal, so I'm trying PayPal complaints first, then to my credit card company if PayPal can't help. Do not order, if you do, report to the Better Business Bureau and credit card companies of their horrendous business practices.

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!!!!!! Complete scam. Purchased 3 bras on Sep 1, 2023. Tried tracking my order on Oct 6, 2023. The website responded that my order number (that I took a screenshot of when I ordered) wasn't a real order number! I sent an email to customer support but I do not expect to hear back. I tried to call the number listed and it would ring once and automatically hang up. Completely bogus website. I am now checking my bank statement every day to make sure my card number hasn't been sold to others to make fraudulent purchases. I should have done my due diligence and looked up the reviews before making a purchase.

Be aware that there will be no returns unless there is a manufacturer defect. The bra does not lift and support as advertised.

These Bras suck!! Not only is the material thin and flimsy, the advertised support and quality is a sham. I ordered the size indicated on their website, a 2X for someone that wears a 38D and it is awful. The straps that cross the front for support, just roll down. Plus there are stupid little pads in the cup that fold up and move around. I requested a return for a refund and was denied after about 8 email exchanges. I provided the requested pictures, but was told they would just give me a 40% off coupon for future orders. Why would I ever purchase anything else from them? I should have known better than to purchase Chinese made crap!!! Save your money ladies!!! I'm sticking with my policy to only buy American made products from now on!!!

SCAM. NO BRAS, NO WAY TO REACH ANYONE. DON'T Buy anything.

I placed an order on 8/29/2023, I have not received my order and there hasn’t been any updates on shipping. Everything I’ve found so far shows the order comes from China and to return an item, the buyer is responsible for the cost to return it to England! I have reached out through email 4 times asking them to just refund my money, the last 2 times I have received automated emails asking for patience and to allow the tracking information time to update. I feel this company is a SHAM and I just threw away $50. Buyers beware!! NEVER order from a company, no matter how good the reviews are, until you have investigated everything!! Lesson learned for me!

DO NOT BUY! These bras do nothing to support you! Company will not take them back because their policy is to only refund if product is defective. I thought about donating to a thrift store but will throw them in the trash, along with my $50+ that was wasted, since they are worthless to anyone!
