DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Placed my order at the beginning of August 2023. Have not received my order yet and its mid October 2023! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!! I did receive one email from this company saying my order was being processed. I've sent a few emails requesting an order update. Their response was "thank you for your order!" They did say they were making a ticket?!?!? I had assumed they were going to fix this problem! Ha not so lucky! I reached out again! Explained my card has been charged...I no longer want the product and I want my money replaced! 11/11/2023 Yesterday, I got an email from them...with the heading ticket resolved!!!! Enclosed was a survey...no money, no product...but a survey! Terrible company! Terrible customer service! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Placed order September 24th 2023. I received one email from company saying order was being processed. I've sent 3 emails requesting order update. I have not received any additional information from the company. My card has been charged. What a rip off. Was needing these after rotator cuff repair surgery.

The bras came damaged (missing a closure hook) and was in a poor quality. Cheap fabric, poor quality stitches, doesn't work as advertised. The size is a way 3 sizes smaller than I wear and ordered. There was absolutely NO support from the custom support. After 3 weeks of messaging and pictures they offered me a compensation of 15% of $21.97 I paid for it. Is it a joke?! For the item that is not wearable to get 15% of the total cost compensation?! This is a complete scam! Be aware!

Ordered on August 18, finally received October 11, after filing a PayPal complaint. They are shipped from China. These bras are totally worthless. The fabric and quality are terrible, and they do not support at all. This is a total scam. And the company won't take returns, so I'm stuck with $37 worth of garbage. Don't buy these!!!

Should have gotten product beginning of last month. Still nothing. Has anyone reported this company as a fraud? How and to whom could I report them to? This is the 3rd time I've been scammed from Facebook. You'd think I'd learn.

Joining everyone else in the poor review of this company and their practices. What a joke these bras are. Unless you are in a B cup or smaller, there is no support whatsoever. My mistake is not reading the return policy!! They want $30 to return a $30 purchase OR they will give me a 20% refund on my next purchase - why would I purchase something that is worthless to me? If you are into saggy boobs, buy this. But if you were looking for something with support and comfort as advertised DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was.

Total scam I ordered two girls on September 2nd 2023 ... Still have not received my order..I have emailed them no response 6 days later.. phone number is bogus.. total rip off...I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered...I'm sure I won't receive my order and it's to late for my bank to get my money back it's been over a month...I would give them no stars if it would let me.😡🤬🤬🤬

This company is not legit. Their products are nothing like what is shown for purchase. They use the scam of requiring any return of their product(s) to CHINA. Shipping costs more than cost of product, so they know you won't return. It seems they made enough money off us in a couple of months and are now selling under a different name.
