Poor customer service! For years didn’t call them but when need them for towing service it was terrible, it took 3 to 3 and half hours to arrive location, definitely do not recommend them for car insurance.

Cheap Rates but it comes with a headache. I was told that they wouldn't be renewing my insurance & was referred to Infinity Insurance.... who is the underwriter?... Kemper. What?? They have owed me $100 from a policy I cancelled almost 6 months ago. I've contacted them three times, supposedly each time the check was being mailed out. What a joke! A big waste of time. I'd rather pay money for a professional insurance company that doesn't waste my life away sitting on the phone dealing with their shenanigans.
