I purchased a couple of LR presets from Kelvin Designs and was concerned that they may not work with my LR CC. Shout out to David for promptly working with me to resolve this issue by offering options and solutions.

I got a fast response with detailed instructions, the only thing I would like to see is a video on installing and using the presets. I'm still trying to get it to work.

Kelvin Designs are nothing short of out of this world. Great value for money, easy to use and very likeable folks. I have been away from photography and graphic design since photoshop 6 and now I have come back to it and Kevin's Designs have set me up for success. I highly recommend.

Simply the response; once Kevin's team saw that I was having a software download problem, they started right-in providing their personal touch and solving my problem by ensuring that I could take full advantage of his great Photoshop software and educational program.

Provided multiple recommendations on how to professionally remove distracting shadows from photos I have been working on for weeks. Can not say Thank You to much.
