I bought my Keiser a couple of years or so ago and love it. It's the same spin bike my gym uses and I use it with les mills and peloton app and have found customer service helpful on the one occasion I've needed to contact them and the bike feels built to last. Definitely glad I purchased it rather than a peloton as I feel it's more future proof (not being stuck with the peloton touchscreen and app cost)

After a lot, probably too much time, I decided to go with the Keiser over the Peloton. I was interested in classes but have never been one that needs to be at the top of the leaderboard. I am over 50 so I didn't feel I could compete and that's ok because I am fine competing against my personal best. I have been super happy with my decision. The Keiser is the best spin bike I have ever ridden and I use it with both the Peloton App and Apple Fitness+. It gives me a great workout, is very quite, looks great and is rock solid. If you are looking for a Peloton alternative the Keiser is a great choice.
