They kept on charging my credit card via direct debit despite clear instructions to stop.

Vorkasse via Paypal bezahlt trotzdem Mahnung
Vorkasse via Paypal bezahlt, Ware schnell erhalten. Dann Mahnungen bekommen, Zahlungsnachweis gesendet, als Antwort bekommen dass die Zahlung eingegangen ist und ich die Mahnung ignorieren kann. Seitdem kam eine weitere Mahnung, und keine Antworten mehr auf meine Mails. Nächster Schritt ist dann wohl die RSV... Schade, aber hier bestelle ich nie wieder. Mahnungen für bezahlte Ware zu senden ist inakzeptabel.

Essential Parts Missing. Killed My Excitement.
I received my new Keiser M3i bike. My excitement was killed when I discovered essential parts were missing. I was prepared to assemble and use my bike immediately. I've no idea how long I may have to wait for the parts from Keiser as we head into Xmas week. Such a shame - this review could have been 5 star. This is a poor reflection on Keiser USA (not UK).
