Thank you so much for your kind review, we’re really happy we were able to resolve this for you, and fortunately this was one of those happy cases. We always encourage all customers to double-check their email address when placing an order, as the order confirmation and shipping updates are sent there. It’s also very important to carefully review the shipping address, as sometimes browsers may auto-fill an old or incorrect address. In many cases, if an order is shipped to the wrong address, unfortunately it cannot be recovered, so we always recommend taking an extra moment to verify all details before completing checkout. We’re glad everything worked out this time, and thank you again for your support! – The Keily’s Team

Beautiful as described
Fast shipping. Beautiful doll. Perfect for my grandbaby but too small for an older child. Might want to offer a couple different sizes. Very pleased with the product.
