We are very sorry for the delay and for not responding to your email sooner. We completely understand your frustration, and we acknowledge that you should have received both your order and clearer communication from us. The issues arose while we were transitioning to a new warehouse system, and unfortunately, the process took considerably longer than anticipated. We are pleased to say that the new system is now fully operational and everything is back in order. This change will allow us to provide a faster, more modern and more customer-focused experience going forward. We have contacted you privately and are working to dispatch your order as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for letting you down and appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve these issues. -The Keily's Team

We are truly sorry the fit wasn't right. Sizing for Irish Dance is uniquely complex, as shoes must fit like a second skin. Even with the same foot length, factors like arch, instep, width, and personal fit preference change the required size. To minimize return costs, we always advise using the cheapest standard shipping. For future orders, many dancers find it best to buy two sizes at once to compare the fit, and then return the unwanted pair in a single shipment to save on postage. Thank you for your feedback, and we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. Best regards, The Keilys Team
