I wanted a secure method of storing my btc and the KeepKey hardware wallet does just that. I had written down the wrong pin, so after a period of not using the wallet I was unable to access it. I emailed KeepKey support and they pointed me the right direction. I was able to reinitialize my KeepKey wallet and, using the recovery sentence, was able to get going again. I highly recommend the KeepKey hardware wallet.

It's a very well engineered piece of hardware. Beautiful metallic design, and large LED display. It has a nice weight to it in the hand as well. The installation process was a breeze as well. I walked right through the chrome applet installation in a few minutes. Would be 5 star, but I think there is still room for improvement on the in-browser app. It's extremely basic and has little room for modification. I'd also like to see more currencies natively accepted. I've also had trouble attempting to sync the hardware wallet with Electrum, but that could be my misunderstanding. Overall, I really like the shape, feel, and design of the wallet, and the ease of use. Just need to polish the wallet app.

I forgot the pin to my Keepkey, so I searched their website for a solution. Finding nothing useful there, I called the company. I got a recording telling me to leave a message, and someone would get back to me - tomorrow. I did not want to wait until the next day to get help since it looked like a good time to buy bitcoin - and it was. Price went up more than $50 in a day! The only option remaning was the "Contact us online" option. Good luck finding this option, as it is buried at the very bottom of the webpages. Their website really is one of the worst I have seen when it comes to customer support.. Even with the assistance of Anna (the CSR), I still had a struggle wiping & restoring my keepkey (the restore tab is tiny). There were no step by step instructions for doing the procedure on their website. Although, after telling this to Anna, she agreed with me, and put up some helpful information. Bottom Line: The product is very robust (don't lose your 12 words or you're S.O.L.) Customer service (Anna) was spectacular. She took time to work through all my questions, and in a prompt manner. The website, especially the customer support section, needs a lot of work. Finding simple, common sense information is lacking. I'm sure I'm not the first person to forget their PIN. Why wasn't the recovery process available on the website? I used several minutes of Anna's time for an issue that certainly should have been on a FAQ list.

I needed some help with storing Ether on the KeepKey wallet, so I created a ticket on KeepKey's support portal. Darin Stanchfield, the founder of the company, replied to my ticket and showed me what I needed to do to get up and running. Excellent customer service, and I highly recommend KeepKey!

It's amazing how easy it is and to setup.

i did alot of research before getting involved with Bitcoin and decided a hardware wallet was the way to go. I am not very good with computers so i was afraid it would be a bit complicated. I looked into all the different options available and chose Keepkey. After getting it i realized I could not have made a better decision. It was so easy to setup and use, even for me. They have videos to walk you through everything. If you have Bitcoin or are thinking about getting some, do yourself a favor and get a Keepkey. Security and ease of use are unmatched.

As title says. Very nice design and user experience. Price is slightly inflated.
