I found a little something odd about eth adress and in few hours I got a awser fron the dev team via the costumer service. With the erc20 patch, kk is a very useful and just miss one thing to complete the circle(xrp). This product is clever , well design, simple to use and with fantastic costumer service! I sent 2 or 3 email and I have always a fanstatic experience.

Keep Key has an incredible customer support service. I am a bit of a novice when it comes to hard wallets and each time I have emailed them they have got back in touch with me in an extremely timely fashion. They have answered any questions, no matter how basic, fully to my understanding. I would highly recommend using their wallet based on the service you get from them.

I had an auto response on my query immediately, and a support consultant emailed me minutes later, and was then in constant contact until I resolved the issue. After it was resolved, he was still in contact and interested to see if I could recreate it for the support team to investigate further. I was very impressed, and this is quite different from my experience with contacting a different company who I bought a cheaper hard wallet from, who were very good, but lacked the capacity to respond so quickly and effectively. cheers
