They just took my deposit and never got back to me. No evidence they're actually doing anything at all. response to response: I got about 6 emails over the course of 10 months, only ~2 emails after the first 2 months. After talking to the company, apparently they used their AI to match me against 200,000 people and found 2 matches. i don't know if that statistic is real, but you should take that into consideration if you try them out. I did get my $100 back, so I have upgraded my 1-star to 2 stars.

Hey Isaac, sorry to hear you haven’t had a great experience. I just left you a voicemail and shot you a text. We have evaluated hundreds of thousands of matches for you so far but unfortunately none of them have cleared our quality standards for a mutual fit. This does happen sometimes, especially in our early stages where we don’t have millions of signups yet. I went ahead and issued you a refund for your $100 deposit. I’d love to chat about your experience more and how we can do a better job communicating our process in the future. Looking at your case I see we’ve sent you about a half dozen comms emails so far.
