I had an issue where the mat was damaged while removing it from the bag it's stored in (not the shipping material, but the plastic zipper bag) due to the bag being slightly too small and the stitching catching on the edges. Emailing the support got me a rapid response where the issue was dealt with, I was allowed to keep the damaged one and given opportunity to accept a replacement. The replacement I was sent was actually the wrong one, but after pointing this out, I was told to keep the replacement and sent ANOTHER replacement, plus I added on a 40% sized mat (which I paid for) and given free shipping. All in all, excellent customer service, I will definitely be buying again in the future.

Product arrived in expected time frame.

The quality is average which was what I expected from a deskpad. The product serves my needs in tidying up my desk space while protecting the desk top at the same time. The package was in good condition as well as the presentation of the product. The stitching and finish on the product are pretty good too.
