Like many I have worn Keds since I was a little girl. Currently my wardrobe consists of about 20 pairs of Keds. I have found that over the last few years, the quality, the structure, the comfort the insoles are sub par. I really hate to say this, but I do not think I will buy another pair of Keds.

Boy u guys really messed up when u decided to get rid of the crashback,not evrryone wants to be on 2 layers, i have to give u credit for the crashbacks which i ordered alot

Placed a "Rush" order on Friday. Item still not shipped as of Monday night. Was told any orders placed after 10:30 on a Friday are considered "weekend" orders and not shipped until Monday. Was not informed at time placing order. Was told they have no way of contacting warehouse to determine status and whether it is now with FedEx. Would not recommend ever ordering from them. Too unreliable.

This is the only online shoe retailer I've purchased from that charges for return shipping. The sizing was also way off; I couldn't even get my entire foot in the shoe because it was so narrow and I ordered a half size bigger than normal.
