Our story begins in a distant place many years ago. It involves a woman, a queen named Cleopatra, who changed the conception of beauty until this very day. She discovered natural treasures that helped her revive her beauty and youth: Dead Sea minerals and Gold.Cleopatra recognized the beneficial effects of the Dead Sea minerals on the skin and their unique therapeutic and beautifying powers, and went to great expense to obtain exclusive rights over the Dead Sea area. At her command, pharmaceutical and cosmetic factories were built near the Dead Sea.

Hallo zusammen,

Encountered them in Ayala Mall Feliz. Deceptive and very aggressive sales tactic.
What they say 'luxury' products are definitely not worth its price.
Poor customer service, took me almost 2 months to get my refund.

BEWARE OF KEDMA
They will make you feel bad about your skin and use that to their advantage on which products we should be using. Their staff will use fraudulent manipulation to do the deceptive sales tactics.
Their Fraud Team includes:
1. Israeli who is the allegedly the GM/Owner who can give discounts up and 1M worth of membership who visited the store just that day, and
2. The Facialist/Staff yung taga “wow” sa mga scripted offer they do to every single customer na bibigyan nila ng free facial.
They will confine you in their stores and will only do half of your face and from there, they will sell you the Perfectio+. They will make you feel important by reducing the price of the device and the GM allegedly absorbing the cost because they simply “liked us” and had never done that to any other customers. They will ask you to select the product you want even though you said no to make it look like you made that decision but they are giving it to you for free. The more you say no, they continue to add something like a membership up to Php499,000-1M on the loot until you give in to too much pressure and the lucrative offer and before you knew it, your credit card will be swiped to Php 200,000. DO NOT BE A VICTIM. Don’t trust this company. They do not operate with integrity and sustained their business thru their malicious sales act.

Last Friday, July 20, 2018, I went to the UP Town Center to have my usual lunch but a sales agent approched me and applied a facial peel on my forearm. She was a very pushy sales agent. I told her that I am not going to buy the product but she still insisted. After a few minutes, a foreigner (Israeli) accompanied her with her sales pitch. They said they’d be giving me the facial peel for 8k plus a voucher plus a facial cream. The foreigner who introduced herself as the manager said it’s a good deal. She told the sales agent to print me a receipt of my purchased when I haven’t even paid. She forced me to pay for the product. Wow! I can’t imagine I gave them my card and swipe it. After four hours, I realized that I was deceived. Their sales strategy was very deceptive and unfair because they force people to pay for the product even when you don’t really agree of buying it. I went back to the store and ask for a refund. They said they don’t process refund. I asked help from the mall admin to help me get my money back. I told them my complaints. First, they can’t show me an FDA registration to prove that their products are safe. As consumers, we have the right to product quality and safety according to DTI. Second, their sales strategy and practices are deceptive and unfair, again that’s according to DTI. They tell consumers to buy their products and give you free vouchers and they even force you to pay for it. Gosh! These people don’t even print the REAL receipts. They gave me a cash invoice when I paid it thru my card. So I ask them why they gave me that and again no answer from them. I said I will file a case against them to DTI and BIR if they will not give my refund. These people don’t even pay taxes to the Philippine government. So please don’t let these people scam you. Report them to DTI and BIR. #DedmaSaKedma

Hi! Just a concern citizen,I went to ayala mall feliz yesterday and I'm just strolling alone, one of the salesman of kedma approach me and put some cream to my hand and they told me that they will remove the cream inside and they start introducing the product to me they are very pleasing, accommodating and I can't even talk or ask about the product. At first they said the regular price I told them that I can't afford it all but they give the other cream for free its worth 7,500 for free??? They hold the product that I bought to be able to look at their facial rooms. They even let me sit at the Himalayan room then they let me experience this machine that burns fat,all I know in the facial rooms is that you can relax, the room is quiet but here at kedma they will lock you in that room and the 3 salesman including this foreigner are inside and will offer you the products that is worth 230k??!!!! At first they offer it at 230k to 180 to 80 then imagine they will give me the machine for 30k??? And the remaining balance will be negotiable? They don't take no for an answer! I said no, because I will discuss it to my mom but they told me that they will accompany me to my house to swipe the credit card because I told them that I didn't bring it?! I was shocked,I was feeling forced and scammed! I bought 3 creams for 15k!!!!! I read all the kedma reviews and they've been doing this for a long time.
