ich habe auf einer Messe einige Kedma Produkte gekauft. Ich hatte leider vorher keine Information über die Preise eingeholt. Das Handpeeling, die Maske u. das Nagelpflegeset sind gut, wenn auch überteuert. Das Gesichtspeeling war nicht zu gebrauchen, also umsonst bezahlt. Ich kaufe keine Produkte von Kedma mehr.

Acabo de adquirir un producto de esta marca en la sucursal del CC Santa fe. No tengo todavía nada que decir sobre la calidad del mismo, pero sí comentar la mala experiencia que tuve con relación al trato recibido. Hay tres personas trabajando allí: una mujer y dos hombres. La mujer incurre en actitudes demasiado confianzudas, basadas en una especie de intento de seducción bastante burdo. Los dos hombres, por su parte, son sencillamente insufribles. Uno de ellos, que parece ser encargado o gerente, tiene una avidez que linda con la vulgaridad. Es el típico sujeto que se cree listo y subestima a los clientes. El otro, que sólo se pasea por la tienda, se acercó para realizar un comentario completamente fuera de lugar. Recomiendo a los usuarios del CC Santa fe, guardar distancia con esta gente (la sana y la otra).

Update: So I have gotten a call from the company asking me about how I used the product and all. I told them how I used it according to the staff instruction and he say that it is wrong and asked me to resume using the product with his steps. And keep assuring me that it is useful. Although I told him I have stop using it for a month alrdy and my skin is slightly improved, he keep saying that it will definitely works and ask me to use it again. But after using it for a week, my skin worsen. And I replied him that I'm not willing to risk my skin to prove the product and my skin tell me the best, seeing it breaking out, turning red. I personally feel that it is irresponsible to handle a situation like this, asking customer to continue using after knowing about how my skin condition worsen. It is a sign that they doesn't want to take responsible on their product.

I was very excited to see great deals for the hand cream. I bought 5 of them and waited a few more days as during this pandemic time, shipping takes a bit longer than usual. Once I received the package, I realized that there were different labels compared to the original one I bought in Israel. There was no paraben-free label which is a chemical that is mixed to preserve shelf-life and the barcode on the back was a photo-copy that was printed and labeled to the lotion. I was very disappointed and will return these lotions, as soon as possible. ------------------------------------------------------ Update June 10, 2020 I had an unknown caller and received a voicemail message from the manager at Kedma. I was honestly surprised by his thorough explanation regarding the product and made sure that all their products were paraben-free. He asked me to look at the label, but as soon as I was disappointed with the product, I returned it immediately, costing $14 for shipping. He kindly offered me to try their product again and to see their ingredients on their label to make sure it's authentic. I'll make sure to give my honest review after receiving and examining the hand lotion. I really love Kedma's hand lotion as it is light on the skin and smells delightful. I only want the real, authentic product. Stay tuned for the update...

After two weeks using restoring day cream, dead sea pimple care soap and the facial peel, ACNE covered my face. It was so horrible experience. I bought the products in NINOY international airport in Philippines last Sept 4, 2019. I wish I could get a refund. I still have the products.

Am Flughafen in Olbia bin ich ebenfalls angesprochen worden von einer sehr sympathischen Verkäuferin. Sehr geschickt hat sie mir dann überteuerte Produkte aufgeschwatzt. Bzw. habe ich es mir aufschwatzen lassen. 400 Euro hab ich liegengelassen. Nachdem ich zu Hause die Produkte geöffnet habe, habe ich gemerkt, dass sie nichts mit dem zu tun haben, was mir am Flughafen vorgestellt wurde. Ich habe mich direkt an Kedma gewandt und habe dort Ersatz zugeschickt bekommen. Aber dieses Peeling war ein ganz anderes. Nun schrieb ich Wochenlang mit dem Mitarbeiter hin und her. Er wollte mir das richtige Produkt zuschicken. Jetzt bekomme ich nicht mal mehr eine Antwort. Mir kommt die Grütze hoch, wenn ich die Produkte sehe. Das ist ein unzumutbarer Zustand! Lasst Euch nicht veräppeln!

I never received my order!

Deliveries for the same product ex US and UK took some time but with no problems. For some unexplainable reasons I paid the American one five times the British. I believe that KEDMA US should address European customers to their British subsidiary for their requests.
