KEDMAReviews of kedmacosmetics.com

I have ordered the Dead Sea Pimple care soap, the Gold hand cream and Dead Sea mineral hand cream. The products have left my body and hands softer and clearer than they've been in years! My daughter tried the lotion and was so impressed with how soft her hands were

I have purchased, now, several of your products and love each one of them. I love the hand, foot and body lotions and have moved on to the hair products. I love the scents, light, fragrant and non-offensive in smelling them. Will keep using the products!

Maganda services nila. I'm very satisfied sa facial ko lastweek sa Uptown BGC Kedma clinic. Since nasatisfied ako kumuha na rin ako ng mag session package.

Kedma products are so elegant that I really felt the smoothness on my skin when we first tried it. Pakiramdam ko palagi akong nag glo-glow everytime na aalis ako. Thank you Kedma PH.

Just came from the booth in the Braintree mall in MA and tried the salt scrub and moisturizer. Both products were great and left my skin feeling very smooth. Customer service was great! Would recomend!

I purchased Kedma eye cream at Kedma store in Cabo San Lucas, while on vacation there. Upon return home to Los Angeles, I discovered that the box was empty. It was sealed with clear tape on both sides but there was nothing in it. I’ve been trying to call the store in Cabo, the 800 number for Kedma listed on their website, and even attempted to reach out to the CEO via LinkedIn without any result. When I discovered the empty box, I assumed it was an honest mistake that could be easily corrected. I still do. I can’t imagine that a company whose products are used worldwide wouldn’t be able to assist in this matter. I would appreciate a follow up from Kedma. Thank you. Update: Thank for responding but I haven’t seen your message. Can you tell me where you sent it to? Thx! Update 5/20 After my initial review and a follow up from Kedma, the issue was handled with expediency. My replacement product arrived as promised. I appreciate the resolution. Thank you. I changed the initial rating from one ✳️ to five. I would suggest an improvement with communication initiation, i.e., better phone numbers, and customer support email process.
