Still I don’t receive

Our story begins in a distant place many years ago. It involves a woman, a queen named Cleopatra, who changed the conception of beauty until this very day. She discovered natural treasures that helped her revive her beauty and youth: Dead Sea minerals and Gold.Cleopatra recognized the beneficial effects of the Dead Sea minerals on the skin and their unique therapeutic and beautifying powers, and went to great expense to obtain exclusive rights over the Dead Sea area. At her command, pharmaceutical and cosmetic factories were built near the Dead Sea.

I was not planning on going into Kedma but they are very pushy. I was sold an Elevare red and blue light at the Kedma Marina for $$$$. The receipt said paid in US dollars but ended up they charged me in pesos. I verified the price on the receipt in dollars before I left the store. By charging me in pesos cost me an extra $513 more than was reflected on my receipt!! I noticed another complaint from this store on trust pilot and they were charged over $1000 less for the same item! When I reported it to the credit card company that the overcharge seemed to be a mistake because the pesos did not match the U.S. $ charge Kedma refused to give me the refund. I also got talked into the miracle eye creme because it was only used once a week and would last over 1 year. There was a sticker over the directions and found it was not true when I researched it. Now wondering if it was the same product she put on my face. Stay away from this store! There were several other things that were untrue. Watch out for the receipt to get back part of your VAT tax. I went through a lot to get the right info on the receipt. I got scammed and paid too much for the products. Don't let your guard down like I did. My next step may be to contact PROFECO which is a Mexican government agency that helps protect consumers. UPDATE: I still have not received a refund for the difference in pesos and the receipt in US dollars. The company keeps putting me off and said they would look into it. Another month has gone by. Stay away from Kedma in Cabo!

Salespeople are aggressive to the point of you feeling harassed at times - that is exactly what happened to me on March 5, 2023, at the Kedma Store in NAIA Terminal 3. When you are at the airport, window shopping while awaiting your flight you cannot really think through things very well since you are awaiting your flight. You feel rushed and, on the edge, lest you miss your flight. Being rushed to get a sale and to push a client on transit to buy - who almost missed her flight because they kept on holding me trying to get me to buy their product and to be promised a lifetime membership with no official card that bears the lifetime membership and free facial benefit the manager, Nenel Maano, promised me is unconscionable. The manager, Nenel, knew that NAIA terminal 3 is not readily accessible and you can't get there if you don't have a flight. She also knew that I don't travel to the Philippines very often and yet to offer me a seemingly dubious offer of a lifetime facial with no official card to prove my benefit is to me a scam in and of itself. Totally unethical method of making a sale. When I asked about the membership card- she said they don't have it. She simply asked me to sign on a notepad. I didn't argue then since I was at a crunch for time - I almost missed my flight because they won't let up. I am back in the states, and they sometimes ignore my messages on Mesenger when I try to reach them. I asked Nenel if there is way to compensate me in some other form so I can use my so-called lifetime benefits but to no avail. She will not hear my request, or she will simply say, it can't be done. She was so good in harassing me to get a sale and yet she cannot go the extra mile now and put her persuasive mode in action because she already got her sale. This unethical approach is not acceptable. I need to be compensated for the promised lifetime benefit in some way, shape or form. i do expect some response from Kedma. Thank you for hearing me. To The Kedma Team: I have not heard since I responded to your requested info. I sent follow up emails to no avail. Please respond. Please remember this reflects on you and you have a third party liability. You are totally responsible because it is your product. Plus the Perfectio Zero Gravity is not working as expected. I need this product replaced.i will expect a response from Kedma. --------------------------------------------------------- 6/19/23 I am still waiting for a response from Kedma. I had been waiting to hear from you since 6/7/23. Please respond. There is no way of contacting other than the email which can be very frustrating. Thank you!

I purchased Miracle Eye Cream from the store on the Marina at Cabo San Lucas during a cruise ship stop in February. Tommy was the agent who managed to convince me to pay USD190 which he assured me was significantly cheaper than I could buy in the US - he also said I would be refunded the additional USD30.40 I paid in tax by completing the form he gave me. Since returning to CA, I see I can buy the eye cream for between USD95/USD99 and as I was not given the correct tax refund documentation from the store, I can not claim the tax - I spent USD220.40 for a USD90 product. I have always avoided those touting cosmetics on the street but, let my guard down and it cost me. UPDATE - May 29, 2023 Despite numerous emails from Kedma initially, promising a "resolution" as soon as their store in Cabo responded to their communication requests, it has now been months of stalling. If I could rate this company a negative number it would be -100. They appear responsive at first then hope you will "forget" you are still waiting for their action.

The worst store I've been in. They will never give up selling to the point where I already felt harassed. They will offer free sessions but with each session they will push you to buy something rather than take care of your skin and get value with what you paid. Just go to belo or aivee clinic that provides customer care and gives value to what you paid for and not just concern about getting your money
