The sales lady Kim Melody out of Kedma in the south shore mall in Braintree, Mass was phenomenal. Very knowledgeable of product . Excellent customer service. Definitely would revisit. Great product as well. People was telling me how smooth my hands were after sampling.

Kedma Corporate provided me with excellent follow up support after I submitted my negative review about my experience with the Kedma Cabo store. Despite Kedma Corporate's and my efforts to get the Cabo San Lucas store to resolve my issue, the Cabo store did not provide satisfactory follow up to my issues. However, the Corporate team did make things right. I will purchase Kedma products going forward, but I will NEVER buy anything from the Mexico distributor again. Thank you, Kedma Corporate, for your support and resolution of my complaint.
