I ordered for the first time, and it was ok.

I was shopping in January and got hijacked by a very pushy salesperson. I kept telling her I had an appointment to get to but she persisted. She placed the under eye cream on me without even asking. I was surprised to see a lift transpire, so she proceeded to put it under my other eye. I wanted to believe in the results and I also wanted to get out of there so I succumbed to her pushy nature and purchased the cream (50% off just for you!!). By the end of the day I had redness, irritation and a headache. I was clearly having an allergic reaction. When I looked at my receipt for the return policy of unopened products, it said: "No returns due to Covid." After some research on the company, and I came across and FDA warning that I'm not certain I completely understand, but made my feelings about this experience exponentially worse. Now I'm stuck with an unopened product that gave me an allergic reaction. And in spite of the "50% off just for you!", it was still quite pricey. Perhaps I should initiate a charge back with my credit card. UPDATE as of 3/30/23: My situation has been satisfactorily resolved with the help of a very responsive and very diligent customer care person. With Ronen’s help, the store was very cooperative and polite with issuing me a refund. I am very grateful for the support.

I have been using Kedma products for a few years now, I normally purchase from a pop up shop at local shopping Centre which was making it affordable but still on the expensive side. I've been very happy with the products as i have loads of allergies but didn't react to kedma, I was very very disappointed when I called the number I was given to find out if I could order/purchase/ go to pop up shop to purchase when they told me they would not be stocking kedma products any more at there pop up shops and they were now selling a different skin care product. I was sent ingredients of the products and every single new product contained something I have allergies too...It has taken me years to finally fine a product that i can use and now i am unable to purchase it from a pop up shop which made it expensive but I still could afford it, to now discontinue selling in pop up shops in Australia(was the information i was given on the phone) The only way to be able to purchase it now in Australia is online which makes it unaffordable, what usually cost around $600 now cost over $1000 AUD. I email kedma directly about this and they never gave me a reply or response so I thought I would try this way to get a response! Why have you stopped selling kedma products at pop up shops?(I was told this December 2020 by your sales person) And Why have you started selling another totally different product? I feel this is quiet unfair, you supply a product and your able to get it for a few years than you totally change it and the only way to get it now is online and it is very very expensive . I just want to be able to purchase Kedma at a reasonable price. Even with 40% of online it is still more expensive than what I used to purchase it from the pop up shops.

I love their milk cleanser and have been using it for years and will never use anything else. Every other time I have tried to use another cleanser it leaves my face very dry stripping it of its natural oils which are important to keep your skin hydrated. I dont think I do it quite how it says on the bottle as I rinse it off with water after using but it works for me. I have used a few of their other products which were fine but wouldnt race back out to buy them. I did just buy their eye gel the other day but it is too soon to tell if it will have good results for me but I do find it a bit irritating to my eye. The way it makes my eye feel is that even though its only on my skin I can feel it to my eye ball making me feel the gel penetrates very deeply so therefore the hydration of my eye area will receive thorough hydration unlike most that sit on the surface so will stick it out to try and get good results despite I find it is not comfortable for my eye.

Hallo, bin auch im Milaneo in Stuttgart angesprochen worden und habe mich nach Vorführung des Golden Touch Nagelsets auf einen Kauf zum reduzierten Preis von 35 Euro eingelassen. Die Verkäuferin war etwas hektisch, aber nicht unsympathisch. Und ich muss sagen, dieses Nagelset hat mir dazu verholfen vom Nägelkauen weg zu kommen. Benutze es regelmäßig und bin echt erstaunt und zufrieden, zumal ich auch durch meinen Job keinen Nagellack tragen darf. Sie sagte auch noch, das man die Stripes umsonst ersetzt bekommt. Jetzt mal meine Frage, Wo befindet sich Kedma im Milaneo in Stuttgart. Wenn es jmd. weiss, wäre dankbar für die Antwort. Zum Rest der Produkte kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich eine Parfümallergie habe und sowieso fast nichts nehmen kann.
