THIS IS SCAM! Never buy any products from them. I had a day of and work around the shopping mall. I saw a man in the Kedma store, he said hello to me, I asked me have free time for him tell about the products. At that time, I were free so I say “yes”. That is the bad thing I was do in my life. First, he tried facial peel on my hand and showed me what happened when I use it. He tried to sell it for me with great deal - I buy facial peel and he will give me restoring day cream for free. He tell too much thing, he make me that product is really necessary for my face and tell me that deal. At that time, I thought the products can good, and they don’t swindle me because they have a store in the shopping mall. I bought it, but they didn’t for me went out. He and her employee keep going to sell one product for me “ purifying mud mask”. They told many thing for that with good deal - I buy it and they give me 2 things intensive night cream& lifting serum for free. That time I nervous, but they make me buy it. I think it will be good but it didn’t. The products not same the store try it for me. And all the products thay buy for me is for dry skin care. And my face is nomal/ combination skin care. I was told that with them and they tell it ok. I can use it. Grrr , it not for my face and I pay too much money for it but I can use it. The products is expensive, not good with they tell. They contact me and say sorry with my problem. The customer service “Ronen” try to help me and fix them problem. He had tried to ask what was they can do for me. And I like that service. i bought a salt scrub on my holiday to budapest, the mango and kiwi scrub was amazing! After a confusion with my product, the customer service team at kedma cosmetics were able to follow up my request and sorted everything out very quickly, i had regular emails for updating me on my request & i recieved my order soon after. Amazing product and very helpful customer service team!

Unfortunately the delivery took a quite long time, I ordered 28 October and the delivery was 16 November and the really bad thing: the price including shipping was $85.96 but I had additionally to pay 27,55 EUR tax!! meaning that I had 37% more costs than I expected. Does not make sense to repeat this

afgelopen zaterdag in utrecht een halve behandeling gehad, maar eerlijk ik zag geen verschil. €140 was mij veel teduur. Na een overleg zou ik het 2e product voor de halve prijs krijgen, maar nee niet mijn idee. Nieuw overleg, bij een volgende aankoop met een "speciaal"pasje het 2 product gratis. Ik ben hier niet op in gegaan. Maar je ziet je kan een hoop krijgen als je niet direct toehapt.

Too expensive!

I was approached in a shopping mall they seemed very pushy 2 guys with accents.Started out with $180 with a free gift then went to $100. I walked away and looked on line and saw that online the eye gel was $399.I went back as I did like the results,He gave to me for $80 but I still had a gut instinct that this was a con.I got home looked up all reviews and saw all the negative reviews and then tried looking for the eye gel I brought.Couldnt find it anywhere only eye cream.They had a mens eye gel but nothing like what I was sold and the writing and everything on it didn't look the same as what was online.I rang the shopping centre to where they were selling products who are looking into it. Should have just listened to my gut instinct.

I encountered high pressure sales walking through the mall. After it became obvious to the salesperson I wasn’t paying the outrageous asking price it came way down so I finally bought the Gold Facial Mask. But there are no instructions on how to properly clean the block after each use. The box only says in order to leave the block clean for the next treatment, wrap it in one layer of tissue paper which should be replaced each time you are using the mask. No instructions on how to clean it though.
