Good Morning Stark, I apologize for the delay in your order. I was able to locate your order and it looks like we shipped it out 7/24/2023, it arrived to the city and state requested on 7/28. Looks like it had to be forwarded due to an incorrect address/zip code and shows it should deliver to you today 8/1/2023. If you need any updated tracking info I can certainly forward you that as well.

Good Morning Christopher, I apologize, we are still working on our catalogs for 2023/2024. We should release those at the end of this year due to new products being launched. I can send you some literature in its place?

Hi Don, I sincerely apologize for this mistake. It looks like the order was for an older 12-piece variety pack and we have been mostly building the new 20-piece styles. We should have offered to swap out your order to the larger pack for free so you would have received the product sooner. Monday morning we will expedite ship you a 20-piece variety pack that includes the tabs you originally ordered and more for causing this inconvenience. Kenny
