There’s a number of factors that can hinder adhesion and we publish a 6-step process to ensure our customers are successful with the tools. We would like to schedule a 1on1 call with you to troubleshoot the issues and ensure your success moving forward. In case this help is insufficient, we would be happy to issue a full refund for your order.
