I see so many upgrade to Keap that look amazing yet it lacks the power of Infusionsoft. At the same time Infusionsoft could benefit from the same upgrades and innovation. Feels like Infusionsoft users see losing out.

Powerful software, but still not proficient with how to use it effectively as a new business with a small client list. Manual client appointment scheduling procedures could be improved on the site, and added to the App. Easier to get issues/questions resolved with phone versus virtual chat, but associates are courteous and helpful.

I have CRM phobia and this is the best CRM I have ever used. In the first few weeks, I saw an increase in my bottom line because I had a significantly better grasp of my customers and leads. The initial training.onboarding is excellent. The only drawback for me is to truly master the product, I will need more training at an additional cost and I did not budget that when I purchased the product. Still an excellent product.

Not bad so far. There are some great features but it takes time to learn. It would be great if all Infusion Soft support team members gave a consistent solution to problems with the campaign builder.

Top software

The Infusionsoft free true provided a good opportunity to review the software an it's capabilities. Needing to use a credit card to gain activate might be turn-off to some. Our sales rep was very helpful in getting the trial started and answering all of our questions.

I think overall Infusionsoft is great. I wish it was a little easier to navigate though. The tagging system can get confusing.
