Honestly cannot refer them and may need to use other options for my other companies now
Honestly, not much has been done to improve small business owner efficiencies. Launching new products without full testing and readiness is the norm. Making back end API changes without notice to users and without workarounds or explanation that users can provided to their 3rd party links is unacceptable. Failing to invite local users to come in and share what really can help them is a total failure of InfusionSoft.

Hi Marc, We are sorry to hear your frustration with IS -- any changes we have made recently are ultimately to benefit our customers and our goal is to improve usability. I have taken a look into the 3rd-party link issue and we have offered a workaround to set up the HTTP post to allow redirects so it can follow the path from .com to .app automatically. Alternatively, you can use the API vs HTTP posts, which is the preferred method. We definitely notified partners of the change but did not anticipate the issue with the links. Our developers are actively working to resolve the issue in the meantime and we do apologize for the trouble the issue has caused. Regards, Sarah, Advocacy Manager at Infusionsoft
