We just received notice from Infusiosoft (Used them for 5 years!) now that they've been taken over by Keap - that we can longer control our list! Essentially if our customers don't engage with us by opening email, clicking, etc (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WE EMAIL THEM OR NOT) they will flag them and Opt them out... sounds untrue right?we have 30,000 customers who sign up to know when specific events are coming out (they may not be coming out for another YEAR!) and now KEAP is saying we can't email them if they haven't engaged with us on some level in 30 DAYS!!! I'm enraged!

Everyone we spoke with was great and professional but the service was not. My marketing vender uses them for my monthly and recent service emails and twice now they have gotten delivered and the formatting is all over the place and information missing. Advanced IT says to delete the campagne and start new and send out test email first, which we did. Still had the problem a second time. We can’t trust that these important emails will go out correct because 2 of the 5 time so far they have made my business look unprofessional. Don’t have the time to be calling in to troubleshoot issues like this

Pretty poor experience with the free trial. Was sold a paid plan during and it broke my free trial account. Also, the coach missed our first training session and our first campaign is so far so glitchy, we haven't been able to send it to anyone.

For the past week, I have asked to have an email campaign transferred from my trial app to my now active app and NOTHING has been done. I am paying for this service and I can not publish my email campaign. This is beyond frustrating!

I had at least four appointments for an orientation phone call. They missed all of them. I think the service is good, and I'll use it, for now. Coaching was nonexistent.

It seems like I had to beg the company to have someone call me so I could get a couple questions answered and buy something. Once I finally got someone to call me, they were very helpful. And now I have to fight them to get the chance to talk to a rep of their Certified Partner program. I still haven't connected to them, after about a week of trying. And finally, I'm sitting here right now waiting for my first onboarding training session. The trainer, if he shows up at all, is now 12 minutes late for this first scheduled training session. If this company manages their software like they manage their people, I won't be a customer for long.

Email policies are asinine and out of step with the industry. E-commerce integration is a joke. Payment processing through wepay offers the worst customer service of any merchant processing I've ever dealt with. I've been with Infusionsoft since 2006 so I feel trapped but there are much better options out there now.

Lack of capability with IPhone and IPad for personal not everyone has or uses a PC or desktop computers.
