This has been one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had with this company beginning with the purchase of the wheelchair down to the present buying of some accessories for it. Their customer service is outstanding to say the very least.

Very easy purchase and set up. Works immediately and we have had it for a few weeks and have not needed to charge it yet. Does very well with a tight turning radius to get in a corner door. So far very impressed. The ability to add a head rest would be my only suggestion.

I bought the KD Smart Chair for my father. We liked the chair's easy set up and operation; however, the footrest would not move far enough out of the way for him to exit the chair without difficulty due to his balance issue. Thanks to Lenny, the return process was easy and pleasant. I would recommend this product to others who need assistance with mobility.

Love the chair! Much easier to have my independence because of it. Now I can go places by myself, instead of missing out, or being totally dependent on someone else. Great for smaller or crowded elevators. Wonderful that it can be carried in most vehicles. Now, if it only came with rear view mirrors!
