I waited and waited and never got my chair.

I will not recommend to buy anything from this company, as their products sucks and the customer service is terrible. The only good thing is I am finally able to get a refund but they deduct 20% of the cost. So I lost 20% of the cost. Will never buy from this company ever again. You should also look for somewhere else if you like to get a good product with good Customer service. Hope this review able to help you to make the best choice.

Lenny at KD Smart Chair repeatedly lied to me about the status of my chair. I ordered a refurbished chair and have several emails on record with messages from Lenny like: > Your chair will be shipping Monday. Warehouse advised me that it was nit[sic] ready to be shipped today as they changed the real[sic] wheels. The chair was never ready, it was never going to ship. I was something like 11th in line for a refurbished chair and Lenny was lying to me. They charged my credit card in full as soon as I placed an order and then manipulated me claiming that I was going to have a chair before an upcoming trip. I eventually canceled my order and Lenny was still incredibly rude and dismissive until the very last word over the phone. I highly recommend working with EZ Lite Cruizer instead as their customer service is fantastic and they have a great product. I would not recommend KD Smart Chair to anyone.

I was told delivery would be in 2-3 weeks because there was a back log of orders. After 1 month, I tried emailing & calling re the status. There was no response to either for 6 months! The phone calls went to voice mail with no response to voice messages. My brother finallylocated their office online & threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau & that were starting legal action. they asked that we not proceed with any action and I finally received the wheelchair 2 weeks later

Chair is not a long lasting chair very cheap made would not recommended to my worst enemy really desaapointed with purchasing this chair

My 1st KD chair broke down within the FIRST WEEK of use -- the importer sent the wrong batteries and all electrical components including the cpu and joystick controller blew up -- literallly..... The importer sent out a new chair supposedly with the right batteries, and it worked for a while, but it too blew up, requiring the replacement of the cpu and controller....and local labor costs for installation.... The chair is now on its last legs after only 3 years of use, and now the rear tire treads are shredded and their is NO ONE who can repair them in my city.... I AM DISGUSTED NOT ONLY WITH THE FRAGILITY OF THESE CHAIRS, BUT ALSO THE CORRUPT AND DISGUSTING NATURE OF THE IMPORTER/DEALER IN FLORIDA.... WHO SHOULD BE TRIED FOR FRAUD....DON''T BUY THESE CHAIRS!!!!!

No problem with staff, problem with chair. Controls on chair too sensitive. A very small change on joystick, resulted in very large change in direction or speed. Gave chair away as it was unusable.
