Excellent customer satisfaction

I have had a KD Smart chair for the past 6 years. It is the best purchase I have made and well worth the price. It is an awesome mobility device. It has excellent motors on both rear wheels that power it over almost any level surface, including grass, gravel, cobblestones and In have even used it at the beach on solid sand. It is convenient in that it fits in my car's trunk and is not too heavy. I would recommend this chair to anyone who has mobility issues.

I've had this chair since 2016. It's very reliable, sturdy, with excellent maneuverability. Customer Service is fantastic. One time a screw came loose on the front wheel. Lenny sent an entire front assembly. I depend on the chair to go up and down several ramps that cover steps in the house, so it's nice not to be confined to some small part of the house anymore. Kudos to Lenny and the team for making such a quality product that has benefited many many people.

I absolutely love it!! Gave me my freedom back! My M300 was too heavy to get in some houses and places. The KD Smart chair solved that problem! The chair is powerful, fast and durable. They had great customer service and delivery was extremely fast! Lenny explained everything well and made my purchase a great experience. I highly recommend the KD Smart chair.

Bought my KD Smart Chair in 2015 and have never regretted it! Many people have stopped me and ask about my chair. I have only the best to say about my chair and the company that created it and the people that help me when I call. I do have a wish and it is strictly my own wish. I wish that the bumpers, arm rest could resist the punishment doors and such deliver to them. I have had to change my right chair arm three times and my bumpers the same. This time with the bumpers I placed reinforced packing tape hoping it would take the strikes they get sometimes. I don't know what to do (anymore then I am) how to fix my problem with doors. All of this said, I love my smart chair and use is every day. It gives my the mobility (at 74) to do what I want and with style. It is the finest experiences I could have predicted, but was not sure of. You will never go wrong with this chair!
