The only concern I have is the amount of time it takes to get your products delivered to you versus the time that product has been ordered.

The chair was touted to be only 50 pounds including batteries but it is over 59 pounds . Further, it is complicated and awkward for the user to fold away because the joystick must be removed and repositioned to use the chair. There are also lots of warnings and cautions about over charging the batteries which is quite a concern since often times charging other equipment can be done overnight. In retrospect I should have purchased a Zinger for my son

Lousy service, but The part ordered were great. I had other issues I needed to discuss with a representative of KD Smartchairs. No reply by phone, or e-mail. Lousy customer service.

Buen día, mi nombre es Claudia Padilla y vivo en Panamá. Desde el 2014 vengo usando la silla Smart Chair. La primera silla que compre es de excelente calidad. Más compacta, menos pesada, es más práctica. Viajo mucho de manera que ella facilita mucho mis viajes. A principios de este año, compre varios respuestos para la silla, entre ellos las llantas de adelante. Cuando me las enviaron no correspondian a la silla. Reclamé porque incluso cuando hice el pedido mande fotos. Llegaron las que correspondían un mes después. Las llantas ya se dañaron y no duraron ni 6 meses. Se rajaron por todos lados, lo que me indica que ya estaba desgastado el material por vejez. Al mismo tiempo que compre los repuestos para mi silla. Compre otra silla con las especificaciones de la que tengo desde el 2014. La que me mandaron, tiene llantas más grandes adelante y pesa más, no es tan práctica como la anterior. Las personas que me ayudan a cargarla notan la diferencia con la primera.

Joy stick is very sensitive. Does not turn easily. Wish I could have tried it before I bought it. Your video makes it looks so easy but there are flaws. Have already had to replace 2 tires with very little use. Not the best investment!

My husband turned the chair over backward on the first day he received it and has been reluctant to try it again. Uses his scooter instead.

Its to fast and hard to control for an older person to operate via a joy stick... it needs a foot guard to protect feet from hitting door jams walls objects in tight places.... (your feet stick out past metal supports, so they are first thing to hit any object)

Light, convenient, and the battery lasts a long time, but it is difficult to drive.
