My chair quickly arrived and I had a great time putting on the added pieces, it was easy to set up. I used it the first time for an indoor/outdoor wedding (in the rain) and it worked great. Easy to charge the batteries (I have 2 regular ones as the expensive ones were not in stock). Do make sure to give it several test rides before you go out on a trip. It will go fast and the guide knob is like a hair trigger. My husband had his stroke in May and he has given it a try also. I am able to take my dogs for a a run and enjoy the fun. Allowed us to get out and about with the car we had. Light enough for a strong person to move in and out. Affordable, great option!

It is a great option for an easy to move powered wheelchair to get around buildings and well maintained concrete or asphalt pathways.

I have had my KD Smart Chair for almost two years and would give it the highest rating possible. It has never failed me on any task I have given it. It does not need to be charged up but once a week even with extreme use. It goes almost anywhere within reason up ramps or across yards that are not extremely uneven or muddy. it turns on a dime and I have not been in any place that I had difficulty in getting out of. For a wheelchair, it's light. However, if you are not able to lift 50 pounds, it's too heavy for you to load. I use a small winch to pull it into the back of my SUV and it's a breeze. I cannot say enough good things for my KD Smart Chair. I would not be without it.
